The place is nice and roomy. Quiet and safe surrounding that you can walk around and jog. Literally 20 second walk from the beach. Great kitchen, large fridge. My only (minor) complaint is that the parking lot has very narrow doors and it stressed me out everytime I backed the car 😢

What a seamless check in and check out With no visits from maintenance people. We really enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect getaway and was very relaxing. A charming duplex overlooking the marina with lots of comfortable furniture to sit on, a lovely deck and a fireplace. My one suggestion would be to convert one of the tub/shower units to a walk-in shower. Other than that, loved my stay!

Will definitely rent this home again. We had an amazing weekend here. The house is beautiful, great location, quiet neighborhood and attentive and friendly host!

We had a wonderful peaceful time at Will’s place. Beautiful view LOVED the location. Will, recommend local spots to eat. We went to Nicks and it was delicious. It was cloudy for 3 days during our stay, but the beach is beautiful still on cloudy days. It's so much fun walking the area. Beautiful houses and a complete beach experience. Will, was great and very attentive.

The house is very spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor seating options and spacious kitchen.

We loved this house right on the beach! We would definitely stay here again. 2 out of the 3 beds were so plush and comfy. Just don't leave scooters or bikes on the patio as we had a scooter stolen and a neighbor nearby had a bike taken the same night.

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser luxuriösen Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön um spazieren zu gehen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Gegend, gut zum schlafen.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The pool was exactly what the kids needed to relax. We felt very comfortable in the space and enjoyed our time there.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! Great host and great location. Robert was very friendly and always available. The home is very private and has all the amenities you need. You are within minutes to beach and all that Laguna Beach and Dana Point have to offer!!! We will be staying here again!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and quiet. The first night we noticed the shower drain was clogged, messaged our host and it was fixed that night while we were out. The neighborhood is great and the house is very close to Belmont shore, 4th street and only about 10 minutes from downtown.

We had a great time with the family. The house is located right on the beach. Depending on the time of the day, the tide gets all the way up to the back yard, but luckily the home is elevated so no worries there. The beach is very private. The home is on the older side but for the price it’s hard to beat. The kitchen is nice. The downstairs bathroom I think was built for kids, which was perfect for us. The shower sits lower and so does the vanity. Heating wasn’t an issue because of multiple space heaters, no central ac., but that’s in the description of the home, so no surprise there. My Kia Carnaval 2025 barely fit in the garage, so anything bigger than that car won’t fit. It was a nice stay and we want to come back again. The location is great!

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The beach was so convenient and the property provided toys and also chairs for the beach, which were so helpful. We really enjoyed our time together there and made some good memories. The property was clean and description was accurate. we loved sitting out on the front porch with the fire on in the morning. Thanks for hosting our family and providing us with an amazing trip.

Comfortable, clean home with plenty of space for our group. There are two large dining tables that aren't in the photos which allowed us to have family meals plus room for games and puzzles. Great selection of beach toys and towels in the garage. Thought we had a problem with the hot water but it just takes a while to get there. Would book again.
