Our stay was great! The house was perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and quiet. The first night we noticed the shower drain was clogged, messaged our host and it was fixed that night while we were out. The neighborhood is great and the house is very close to Belmont shore, 4th street and only about 10 minutes from downtown.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a 10/10 experience! Thank you, Daniel we truly loved your home. can't wait to be back in the near future !

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Matt was very responsive to our questions and needs. The place is in a fantastic location, just a few blocks walk to the beach and downtown area. Enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being perfect.

The unit is as "cute" as advertised, spotlessly clean, and quite comfortable. It is close to the beach, nice restaurants, and downtown Long Beach. Sandy is a proactive, responsive host who anticipates potential problems, and she answers guest questions immediately. We very much enjoyed our stay at her place, and we will book it again, the next time we are in Long Beach.

Great home. Perfect for larger groups/families. Wonderful vegetable and herb garden and great outside zones. Home was well stocked especially the kitchen. We like to cook during our stay and the kitchen was supplied with cookware, cutlery, dishes and even seasonings. Better than any other Airbnb we’ve ever experienced. Hosts were very welcoming and communicative. Highly recommend Damon’s home. Thanks for the hospitality!

Super cute bungalow! Location is fantastic with two blocks in one direction to the beach and two blocks in the other direction to bars and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

The home is in a great location - literally minutes from the beach and a five minute walk to a Main Street (2nd Ave) that has lots of cafes, restaurants etc. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond when we forgot an important item at the AirBnb during check out. If you have a toddler, there is a great sand play area, library and playground all in a 15 minute radius of the home. Having a bit of outdoor space was welcome too! The home itself is well equipped and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this charming little spot near Newport Beach. The apartment was just the right size for one or two people and felt perfectly cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were impeccably clean, and I truly appreciated the privacy of the space, which allowed me to comfortably work full days from my laptop without interruption. Having access to on-site laundry was a huge convenience, and the other guests around were all very friendly, making the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights was the BBQ right outside the room—I fired it up and grilled an amazing steak one evening! Every night of my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you again, Leo, for providing such a fantastic home away from home.

Convenient location with plenty to do, both within walking distance and a short drive away. Mel was very responsive, and the property was exactly as described. Parking was easy to find (though not sure about summer). Would recommend and stay again!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

We traveled from the East Coast to vacation in San Clemente, California. We visited Disneyland and went whale watching. The home has very comfortable beds and furniture to relax after long days of sightseeing. There is a view of the Pacific Ocean from the dining room balcony where we watched the sunset. If you walk down the street, you arrive at the beach with a pier and restaurant. We walked up the street to find shops and restaurants, and a French bakery with amazing authentic food. Ichiro was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Apartment was as described and everything worked just fine. In the evenings it was quite challening to find parking but Oksana mentioned this in advance. We were very happy about this accommodation.
