Wow! What an incredible house! We loved it, it is now officially the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The weather played ball too, so all around we had an amazing time!

Very pleasant stay, high up in the hills above the Sumner Beach with a terrific view over the bay. The apartment was exactly as advertised and a great place to spend a few days while touring Christchurch and it's surroundings.

We had a super stay at Vicky and Rob's place. It was fabulous. Everything was super and our hosts were incredibly attentive and lovely. Such a pleasure to have stayed here with our Stanley dog.. Thanks for having us.

Fabulous spot to stay, you can walk to the local galley and best food cafe and local store. We arrived in a raging storm and pelting rain. Access to the Eco Cottage was terrific as has a covered porch. All modern amenities this self contained cottage complete with heated toilet seat, heat pump and wood log fire was perfect. Surprisingly private with a garden aspect and plenty of glass to admire the view. We were not going out into the storm again that night. We are so thankful to Richard for the fresh farm eggs, a bottle of wine, milk tea and coffee and Scottish fudge which was already there in the well appointed kitchen. We set about making scrambled eggs on our Turkish bread toast with fresh tomatoes and camembert cheese and watched a movie on Netflix with a roaring fire. Big thumbs up Richard from Lou & Howard

The intersection to get onto the main road can be tricky. We were stuck at the intersection for a little while trying to get out at peak times. Very lovely place to stay at. Very helpful and responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic view, super clean home and wonderful amenities. My wife, son and I had a spectacular time. Looking forward to another trip back.

Gemma’s place is amazing. The house is decorated so nicely, Gemma is friendly easy to communicate with and accomodating. We felt right at home! plus the two adorable cats were nice company! Would definitely recommend!!
