We had 13 of us staying and never once felt crowded! Beautiful view of the water, walking distance was awesome! The beds were beautiful and cozy! The kids loved the pool! We will definitely plan to return!!

Great area to stay! Lovely home and very spacious! The coffee nook was perfect! The extra throw blankets were great! The pool and jacuzzi was a hit for our kiddos.

The house was even better than what the pictures showed. My group really enjoyed the house and want to stay there again next year. Thanks again, Kim for being a great host!

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

This was a nice getaway for our family and friends. We had college boys coming in during Spring Break - from all different directions and on different days. Direction and entry codes easily accessible for all. This place is in walking distance of grocery store, which we used every single day for something and easy walk to the beach. House was fantastic and had every thing we needed for meal preparation and wide open to the dining and living room area. We are all basketball fans so watching SEC games and cooking was a favorite. Enjoyed the pool area.

Such a beautiful home. Perfect location literally a walk across the beach. Pool was a major plus for the kids! House was very well stocked with beach and pool towels, beach toys, etc! Truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us ❤️

This place is great. My family came down for spring break and we had a great time. No rowdy college kids, and a livable neighborhood. Late March is still a bit early for outdoor water sports, but we had a good time and enjoyed the patio, hot tub and outside eating. The house is a perfect fit for a family with gobs of sleeping space (5 bedrooms). The beach is close as advertised but definitely requires a drive. Restaurant and grocery options are also close. it takes about 20-25 minutes to get into downtown Pensacola, so this is a good option for suburban stays.

I can’t say enough about this rental. First of all, it was spotless and everything seems new. It is in a great location on the canal and only two blocks from the beach. There is a wagon provided that you can take to the beach. Beach access was super simple. A few blocks away were plenty of restaurants and tons of shopping, but the place itself was quiet. The master bedroom is huge and so is the master bath. The second bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk bed over it. The room is smaller, but has a balcony. The master bedroom has a balcony also. There are two balconies on the top floor where the main rooms are. You definitely have to climb some stairs in this property. The bedrooms are on the main level up one staircase and the kitchen dining room and TV room are on the next level up. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Appliances seemed new. We never had to speak to the realty company once. Everything was exactly as listed. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The place is extremely clean and it had everything you would need. The only negatives: 1) While the water is one block over it is a 10 minute walk to the place where you can access the beach without going through private property. Didn’t bother us one bit but just putting it out there. 2) the location is a little far from town, about a 20 minute drive. Again, no big deal for our group but something to think about depending on your needs Bottom line, I think most people would enjoy what this Airbnb has to offer

This is a beautiful house. It was very comfortable and clean. The walk to the beach is very short and there is a great view of the ocean from the decks. There are a lot of movies and games to choose from when in the house with the family! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family of 5 with 3 grown sons felt right at home. We loved the house and everyone had their own bathroom! We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, riding bikes and 2 of the boys enjoyed several days of golf! Dee Anna was the best host! She answered every question with a timely response! We would love to come back next year!

In terms of the house, the volleyball net and pool were great, we spent a lot of time using those on the nice days! The area is also really great with lots to do, including a very nice beach with super easy access

Irwin was great and the house was awesome too! More importantly, my dogs LOVED it. He provides everything you can possibly need, and more. Came out to chat and is super nice. It's also a great deal! I highly recommend Irwin and his place, especially if you have fur babies.

This is a great place in a great location, we loved that the beach in this area is only frequented by those staying in the area. Awesome house, all amenities are great. You can stand on the deck and look one way and see Mobile Bay and look the other and see the Gulf of whatever-you-want-to-call-it-now. Here are some observations that may seem like criticism, but they are just observations and I think good-to-know items: You know how some Airbnbs will have a bunch of stuff to give you the lay of the land and local places and restaurants to hit? You won't find that here. No problem, it's an investment property and it is not somebody's baby or labor of love. Not a knock at all. The second thing is while the amenities were great, supplies were...well...in short supply. There was one dish detergent pack. No laundry soap. No tissues. < a roll of toilet paper. No paper towels. There were coffee filters and disposable cups. We didn't mind. Awesome place!

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and we loved it. The Hive was the perfect place for our first stay. It was spacious and had all the amenities needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with all that you could possibly need. The house was clean and well maintained. We also loved how conveniently located it was to the beach. We will definitely stay here again for our future trips.

We loved this house!! There were 7 of us but we easily could have had slept several more comfortably. Heather was kind and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

Everything was so nice and peaceful. I felt like I was at home❤️Also the place was very welcoming with inspirational pictures I loved the whole place!!!Also Kevin was great at responding to any questions I had.

We loved staying here! It’s in a great location. We were able to walk to several restaurants and ice cream shops. The beach is a short walk too. The pool being heated was so good, especially with it still being a little cold at the beginning of March. There was a lot of room inside the house and everything was very clean. We definitely want to come back!

We loved our stay! It was very close to the beach, and several really good restaurants. The house was very peaceful and everyone in our group agreed that the house was like a little home away from home. It was worth every penny and we would absolutely stay again!
