Everything was perfect Lois took great care of us. She text me first to make sure we made it and we feel comfortable and when we seat outside and we figured the propane was empty she came right away with a new one to let us enjoy the outside area which was one of the best part of the house! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

In need of place for the week of Christmas visiting family and this was the perfect spot. A functioning fireplace, smelled so clean when you entered (shoe free home big plus.) Everything was as listed clean and tidy. Great location for walking bonus points down the street from beach wood cafe. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

The house is walkable to beach, church, restaurants and Ralph groceries. Open living room kitchen and dinning room makes it a wonderful place for family to dine, chat, watch tv and play games together. We had a wonderful time for our family of 4 and two dogs! Thanks!

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Shanda place was awesome, it was clean from top to bottom and believe me. I looked. I was so happy to see how well kept it was. I will definitely take my friends. And we will definitely go back and I hope that it is available when I go back. It was SO close to our venue. We could ride our bikes right next to it. Great location for us. When I had a question about anything I sent it out to her.She responded very fast, that's a plus. The neighborhood clean quiet. We appreciate the gift basket. She left for us thank you. Sara’s place was the best ABB property I have stayed at. Everything was thought of. Her binder provided so much info on the area, we felt comfortable right away. Groceries were a 10 minute uber ride. Her home was clean, very well stocked and in a perfect location. Would absolutely recommend this property.

I stay at Mary's place for 9 days great location , peaceful and quiet for my son and I to spend christmass vacation just what I was looking for. A lot of stores nearby, movie theater, Bowling alley,close to L.A area, beaches and parks. I will definitely stay again.

Anastasiya and Stan are very excellent host. They are very helpful and are happy to answer questions with their local knowledge. The place is quiet and clean, at no point during our stay did we feel uneasy. I would 100% rebook should I travel back to Los Angeles

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location being within walking distance of restaurants and the beach! And it was so wonderful that Bic decorated for the holidays in December and had a Christmas tree set up in the living room that was color-coordinated with the home. We appreciated this being there during Christmas!

Over all the space had plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it really helped having 4 full bathrooms. The beds we thought some were queens but definitely were not, but luckily only 1 person was sleeping in those 2 rooms. Over all, all rooms were very spacious with 2 master suites with king beds. Kitchen seating was very spacious with a nice backyard. Not much living space. There was only one living room. Not really comfortable for everyone to sit at once when it was raining outside. I do wish they had more comfortable seats for everyone since there is only 1 room where we all can sit. Location is a bit far. A lot of our activities were in Burbank and it took us 40-45 mins everyday to get there. LAX is about 1 hour and 20 mins unless you are traveling after 830 pm. Then it takes 45 mins. Burbank airport is about 40 mins without traffic. Warner bros studio is about 40 mins. I thought this house was a little closer to Burbank airport. But over all for 9 adults this house worked great.

We take an annual trip to LA for business - and this trip by far was the most memorable, mostly thanks to the hospitality and comfort provided by Liza and her husband. You would never guess you are in the center of LA. This home, just minutes away from Hollywood, felt more like an upscale nature retreat. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood, when outside, you hear nothing but pure silence and perhaps the distant owl. During our stay, we spent more time outside relaxing on their one of a kind, multi-tiered, back yard, just enjoying each others company. That is a priceless feature we encourage everyone to experience at this property while visiting LA! 10/10 experience top to bottom. Thank you, Liza for all your tips, flexibility, and friendliness. We cannot wait for our next stay!!

Definitely the best hosts and well-priced for its location as there’s so much around. First stay but definitely won’t be our last one. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely worth checking out.

Everyone in our group keeps raving about Chunjiang's place and how it has raised the bars for Airbnb stays in the future. Five stars across the board for location, cleanliness, space, gorgeous house, responsive and accommodating host. The house had everything we needed and more. Can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we visit LA/Walnut/OC area.

Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.

We were so happy to be in this home, it was so beautiful and so cozy. So thankful for the time, the kids loved the neighborhood and yard!
