The check-in was very friendly and straightforward. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished, and the balcony even had a sea view. The kitchen had everything you needed. Lovely small bathroom. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the great support from Nicolas and Luana.

Das Apartment liegt wunderbar direkt im Herzen von Centro Palma. Restaurants, Cafés, Märkte - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ganz tolle Kommunikation mit Maria. Können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Wir selbst kommen bestimmt auch wieder her...

We had a great time! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. There was a supermarket around the corner and the city in itself was quite calm and charming. The Communication was super easy and our requests were taken care of right away. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay! :)

Ne-am simțit ca acasă în apartamentul lui Luis. Am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit în apartament, conform descrierii de pe Airbnb atunci când am contractat. Zona este liniștită. Plaja (mare și frumoasă) este la 5 minute de mers pe jos. Acces facil și rapid la multe restaurante cu meniu bun și foarte bun, cu prețuri rezonabile, precum și la magazine de tot felul. Nu în ultimul rând subliniez atitudinea caldă și prietenoasă a lui Luis. Ar mai fi de adăugat faptul că, de la locul unde este situat apartamentul, există numeroase opțiuni de excursii, cu mașina închiriată, în locuri și la plaje foarte frumoase din Insula Mallorca situate la distanțe relativ mici.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Capdepera. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Auch das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der zentrale Platz von Capdepera mit einigen Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz gibt es genau vor der Tür. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. We loved the pool, there were lots of chairs and loungers plus clean towels everyday. The shared spaces were lovely and it was nice to chat with other guests. Thank you so much, we really hope to return.

Ich habe 9 Tage im Oktober bei Vicente verbracht. Das Studio ist exakt wie auf den Bildern, frisch renoviert, blitzsauber, wunderschön gelegen und vor allem ruhig. Habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt und werde mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Vicente ist zudem ganz reizend, super hilfsbereit und mit langjähriger Erfahrung auch einfach ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Muchissimas gracias y hasta la próxima vez! Kleiner Tipp: Nur knappe 3km vom Hafen La Savina entfernt braucht man für die Lage in Porto Saler nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Mir hat ein E-Bike gereicht um mich auf der Insel zu bewegen.

The accommodation was as described, very clean and close to town. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasantly designed, so that you can easily stay there with 4 people. The contact with Alicia went smoothly. Enquiries were answered very quickly. The dishwasher was broken on Monday and repaired on Wednesday. The hot water did not work on Friday evening and was repaired on Saturday.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Czulismy się jak w oazie. Piękne miejsce na wypady samochodem, Santanyí jest przepięknym miasteczkiem. Basen bardzo duży i czysty, stół, leżaki i przestrzeń w ogrodzie pięknie zagospodarowania do spędzania wspólnego czasu. To był niezapomniany pobyt. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Miejsce zapewnia swobodę i prywatność. Zwierzęta, natura, spokój. Dom w stylu rustykalnym, piękny wyremontowany stary wiatrak. To jak miejsce na film. Idealne wakacje. Dziękujemy za ten czas ❤️

We had a fantastic experience! The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. On arrival we were warmly received with some food and beverages to start our stay in a lovely way. All the rooms are very spacious, clean and well decorated. The hosts were always available for any questions or needs that we may have. It's so quite and peaceful and the views are gorgeous. It has so many details, it has everything that you might need, especially in the kitchen. If we visit Majorca, we'll definitely like to come back to this house! Many thanks to the hosts!

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed for 5 nights. The property is amazingly beautiful and full of character. It is better than the photos on the website. The swimming pool was of good size and there were plenty of nice walks nearby. It is not near the coast but the central location meant that one could drive to most places of interests through out the island in reasonable time. Salvadore and Maria as hosts were superb and very welcoming. They were always at hand to resolve any queries. Wi-fi was patchy ( quite good in the living room) but that was good for us as we wished to be away from the online world. Would highly recommend this property and would go back again.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Marias Unterkunft in Sa Ràpita. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Maria war immer erreichbar und hat sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir noch viele Male wiederkommen können. Vielen Dank, Maria, für alles!

Had 3 perfect days i Soller. Very easy, place just super clean and very authentic. It is the perfect place for bike riding in the area. No trouble finding the place and no trouble getting in. Would very much like to come back next year.

The place is exactly as advertised and is located in a beautiful old town. Centrally located to everything you’d like to see around the island.

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku, ocenili jsme možnost samoobslužného přístupu, měli jsme velké zpoždění příletu a na místo jsme dorazili až kolem pulnoci. instrukce byly jasné a přesné. Parkování hned před domem, moře na dohled, obchody pár min. chůze.Nejvice jsme si užili 3hod. projížďku po plážích na koních, ranč je opravdu blízko a koně milujeme. Diky za splněný sen.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, nessun rumore e con le bici si poteva andare in centro a pujols e alla spiaggia ses illetes in 5 minuti. Prezzo leggermente alto ma considerando il periodo e il luogo valeva la pena. Molto pulito e fornito

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Anna Juttas Wohnung, die viel Platz bietet und sehr persönlich mit eigenen Kunstwerken eingerichtet ist. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln, allerdings ist es etwas hellhörig in den Räumen und Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen sind empfehlenswert. Felanitx liegt ein wenig abseits, aber mit dem Auto (und wohl auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln) sind Strände und andere Orte schnell zu erreichen. Anna Jutta ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie war immer schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Logement au top, très propre, bien climatisé. Tout y est bien pensé (étendoir, parasol, ballon) pour que vous y passiez un magnifique séjour. La seule petite chose à 'reprocher' est qu'il est très mal insonorisé, pensez aux bouchons pour la nuit 😉! En bref, superbe séjour dans un logement vraiment agréable, en plein coeur de la ville et à côté d'une magnifique plage! Nous espérons avoir la chance d'y revenir un jour!

This was a superb location and great apartment for us. All very clean, gorgeous view and peaceful yet lots to see on terrace. Beautiful view of harbour, boats, palm trees, everything so close too! Some amazing restaurants, also 5-10 minute walk to sweet, pretty beach. Klaus very responsive. On arrival we got a bit lost at harbour as missed circle 10 ( our fault!), this is key info given by Klaus), the apartment is almost above the spa ( what a great shop to have so close) amazing bread/ croissants etc we relied on google maps, go on his instructions when nearby. Apartment very clean, you get the sun rise.. as the balcony south facing which is lovely. Aircon all great. Good size fridge too. A Peaceful and didn't feel on top of anyone. Parking spot is perfect. A superb spot, ideal ! We didn't use hotel pool, not our bag! We had fab breakfast at Hotel Melia, used lovely pool, pretty boutique hotel nearby, on day we checked out. Fabulous and just as described photos etc thank you Klaus
