The Super Host title Menelaos holds is well deserved. Like all the guests who have stayed at this home we were given great tips and valuable information regarding Old Town Chania. The generosity provided us was one of a kind in terms of very useful items left in the apartment. Watermelon, mango, a great many oranges, apples, peaches and lemons, lots of wine, coffee, beautiful honeys, olive oils, nuts, pistachios, Asian mix and candy’s. Incredible. The washing machine does a great job and there is both a drying rack and a clothes line in the large back deck. The AirBnb description does not tell of the smart TV which allows many guests from many countries to watch TV and we also enjoyed the water filtration that is in the kitchen. I have severe food allergies so most of our meals were made at home and unlike most AirBnbs every possible gadget required to make good meals was supplied. We stayed a week and were quite sad to leave as we felt right at home in Menelaos’ place.

We have stayed in Manolis place for a week and had a great time. The apartment is situated in the city center and the location is excellent. The place itself is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a short or prolonged stay. We found it clean and ready for us upon arrival. We had excellent communication with our host Manolis who responded always within minutes. The only gripe I have is that the mattress was quite uncomfortable and a bit worn. I have a severe back problem and that caused me some discomfort, but besides that everything else was great and we had really good time. I do recommend the place, especially to people who plan to walk a lot in the city or plan to move around the island, since the bus station is 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Great place to stay. V central to many tourist amenities. Nice view, looking out at the water. Spotlessly clean and well organised. Parking is an issue. Be prepared to pay to use the Car Park directly across the road as there are only a few free spaces available and they are usually taken. All the others are for residents. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für jene die das authentische Dorfleben der Insel erleben möchten! Fern vom Massentourismus, und dennoch zentral gelegen, ganz in der Nähe vieler fantastischer strände. Unglaublich liebenswerte Dorfbewohner und Gastgeber haben uns bestens in Empfang genommen, die Traverne im Dorf bietet hervorragende lokale Produkte und Rezepte und die Terasse vor der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in einem altrn Gebäude bietet eine Atemberaubende Aussicht. Kein Luxus Appartement aber wunderschön und authentisch. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni in un bellissimo appartamento, pulitissimo ed attrezzatissimo. L’appartamento si trova a circa 10/15 minuti dal centro di Chania, davanti ad un supermercato e a nostro parere, si trova alla giusta distanza da tutte le spiagge più belle (1.45h max). L’ordine, la pulizia e l’attrezzatura dell’appartamento ci ha consentito di viverci il soggiorno al massimo! Vorrei riservare un grazie speciale alla carinissima Chrysoula. È stata gentilissima, socievole e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda. È stata la prima persona del posto che abbiamo conosciuto e ci ha veramente scaldato il cuore conoscerla…grazie! Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille!

Υπέροχο σπίτι και οικοδεσπότης! Ο κύριος Γιάννης μας βοήθησε τόσο κατά την άφιξή μας όσο και κατά τη διαμονή μας! Επικοινωνούσε συχνά μαζί μας και μας πρότεινε μέρη για να επισκευτούμε στα Χανιά. Το σπίτι καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο με πολλές παροχές! Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικότατο σημείο και οι διαδρομές γίνονταν κυρίως "με τα πόδια" καθότι όλα ήταν πολύ κοντά μας. Κατά την άφιξη μας περίμεναν νόστιμα εδέσματα που μας πρόσφερε ο οικοδεσπότης. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι, σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ! Θα το προτιμήσουμε και πάλι σίγουρα εαν ξαναβρεθούμε στα Χανιά.

Nettes Apartment, sehr schön mit Retrozeugs (z. B. Computerspiele) dekoriert. Blitzsauber, sehr gemütliches Bett, großzügiger Balkon, alles Wesentliche gemütlich per Fuß zu erreichen. George ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und uns viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen gegeben. Jederzeit wieder

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's. It is spacious and really well located, just one block back from the very pretty port and its huge selection of restaurants. It is a fifteen minute walk from the bus station. We loved the roof terrace, but the spiral staircase access would be a challenge for anyone with mobility limitations (see photo in the listing). Being located in an urban area and not having double glazing, there was an inevitable element of noise, but it didn't bother us. Anna was very responsive, helpful and responsive to our requests. It was great value and we would happily stay there again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le logement d'Irene. Le logement était propre, situé dans un environnement paisible et entouré de magnifiques paysages. La communication avec Irene était fluide et efficace, et l'endroit était facile à trouver. Une expérience agréable que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Crète grâce à situation exceptionnelle au bord de la mer et à la disponibilité de Ioannis. La maman de Ioannis nous a accueillies à notre arrivée. Elle est extrêmement gentille ce qui a participé à rendre notre séjour merveilleux. J’espère pouvoir y revenir.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Manoli’s! The house was stunning, nestled in a beautiful village that made our two-night stay even more special. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was excellent, maintaining great communication. We also loved the nearby restaurant, which was superb and added to the overall experience. We truly had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

great place! one of the best air BNBs I've stayed at. Manos is quick to answer and provides lots of accomodations, especially for babies. ocation is great with a 5 minute walk to the center of the city. near lots of great restaurants and bars. no parking , but parking garages are close. it is located next to one bar that got loud on Friday and Saturday, but we were still able to sleep soundly.

The house is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and firm, the ACs do their job. The terrace on the upper floor offer breathtaking view views of the sunset. The neighborhood is very peaceful and calm, away from urban crowd, yet mere 30mins to the city center. Many beautiful beaches nearby. We especially loved the private inner garden with the shower. Petros is a responsive and understanding host. Fully recommend!

Giannis was an excellent host. He went an extra mile to meet us at Talos & walked us to the house, that really helps a lot. He took the time to run us through the house. The house is centralised & very near the harbour. Very spacious, big enough for 4. Really enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at Katerina's place with my wife and two daughters, 22 and 14 years of age, for a family holiday. The apartment is right next to the beach, and was everything we hoped for. It was spotlessly clean, and we weren't short of any amenities, the kitchen had everything you could want to make your own meals. Katerina was also very helpful recommending local tavernas, and places to visit. If you are staying here, a rental car is essential. Katerina and her husband George were also very kind, as we had fresh fruit from their farm, and some beer in the fridge, and also some gifts of wine and snacks. We all enjoyed our holiday and I can definitely recommend Katerina's place.

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. We have stayed here for a week. The host is very responsive. The apartment has everything you need, central and beautiful. We would stay at this apartment again.

the place was very nice and Maria was very hospitable. Her mom gave us delicious homemade cookies. The house looked as if someone is still living there. there were personal photos and what seemed like personal items. looked a lot like a "home". We had a lovely time. thank you Maria.

Valia was fast in responding and left clear instructions. The flat has an amazing huge terrace and its location is great, walking distance to the old town.

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Sichtbarer Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Man kann den ganzen Tag in der Sonne sitzen am Balkon mit Blick auf ein paar ausgefallene Berge,ohne Häuser nur Natur pur. Mit ein paar Hüner und Gänsen. Sehr Lieblich.
