We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Have to say this villa and the services was one the best ive stayed in and Ive stayed in a-lot off Airbnb places

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

We had the most amazing lovely experience! The staff was all so sweet and accommodating. We asked to have a sunset dinner on the beach and they put together the most beautiful table right on the beach and cooked the best food we had our whole trip! Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

We absolutely loved it here. We had help organizing scuba diving, reliable laundry service, and even scooter rental. We were welcomed by Made with a tour of the bnb and a tasty banana shake that was a pleasant surprise, he even showed us how to get familiar with using the scooter to make us feel safer. The place has an amazing view but we do recommend renting a scooter to get around, Amed is a small town but it is not likely you will catch a grab/gojek in this area (we tried). There were a few restaurants around the corner that were easily accessible and a delicious froyo shop in walking distance from the bnb, but if you want to go further it may be difficult. Overall, this place is worth it to get away from the busy places in Bali and explore more local life. We loved this place and hopefully one day we will be back.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!

Fabulous location! You really get the Balinese living experience here at this place with the indoor/outdoor areas. The staff is the best! Rosemary, Carlos and Carmen were a delight to be around. I'll miss them more than the actual place. The breakfast was better than eating out for breakfast. Loved this place.

An absolutely amazing place to escape the crowds of Bali. My family and I spent four amazing nights at Jane's place near Pemuteran. We had plans to do several day activities, but we found it hard to leave the luxury of the place from the comfortable rooms, to the amazing grounds, the wonderful pool, and relaxing on the deck overlooking the beach and sea. The staff were glorious, providing us with wonderful meals and arranging activities when we could pry ourselves away from the place. If we manage to make it to Bali again, I would be remised if we didn't make it back to this wonderful place. Thank you to all for the amazing memory!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely great. Was clean and fresh and a nice size. The private pool is a bonus to cool off in the balmy days. The host was friendly and helpful and available. The locality isn't the best. While close to the beach one has to walk past lots of run down dilapidated buildings which isn't pleasant

Stayed at this villa as two families of 5 and 3 had a great time nice clean villa tucked away from the busy streets but still close enough to walk for plenty of shopping and great restaurants, Joel and his co-host Mr Dewa were very quick to respond to any questions we had, Mr Dewa was also available via phone at any time we needed. Cleaning staff were very friendly Egik in particular was very polite and respectful and always up for a good friendly chat and always helping with any issues or recommendations for days out and great restaurants.

The best place we’ve ever stayed at! So nice for families, they really have everything you need. Toys for the kids, the coolest treehouse, floatables in the pool. We also used the nanny service, and they really take such good care of the kids. It felt so safe! Lucky us were coming back in a couple of weeks! We never really book something twice, but we knew right away that we wanted to stay here again!

Great stay, hosts where really responsive at all hours and extremely helpful. We where accommodated really well. Cleaning was done everyday. Location was ok!

Nice villa with an outdoor living space. All rooms have AC. Only the downstairs room has an outdoor bathroom. Since the villa living room and kitchen is outside, be wary of leaving food and drinks out. Ants will get into it. Other than that the place has been wonderful to stay at. Wish the TV was louder, and due to the TV being outside it is hard to watch due to glare.

Beautiful and well equipped villa in a perfect location for both beach and street restaurants in Sanur. Chris provided much information regarding property and recommendations for restaurants before hand and there was also a very useful guide in the villa itself. We ate in most of the restaurants that he recommended and were not disappointed. His team kept the villa spotless and we also used his driver for easy pick up to and from the airport. It was a luxury to use this villa for just 2 of us although it will easily accommodate 6 people. Highly recommend Chris and his villa and would love to return someday.

What a dream place Wish we could have stayed longer Bed was so comfortable, the whole villa is just gorgeous Santhi was also really helpful. I booked another villa from them for the last 2 days and they arranged our luggage and everything. Really great!

Wir waren zu zweit als Paar mit Baby in der Villa für 9 Nächte. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön, hat ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, was hauptsächlich an Kadek, der Perle des Hauses lag. Wir haben zusätzlich Frühstück gebucht, was wir jedem empfehlen können der entspannt in den Tag starten will. Kadek hat uns zu unserer Wunschzeit alles vorbereitet was wir uns gewünscht haben. Sie hat danach sehr gründlich das ganze Haus geputzt. Kadek hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und den Aufenthalt somit sehr erhomsam gemacht für uns. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was well-maintained, and I appreciated how seamless the check-in and check-out process was. The staff is great and assisting with everything. A special mention to Tan, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. His friendly and professional approach added a great touch to the experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Incredible stay! Extremely private yet just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The place looks exactly like the photos—huge, spacious, and instantly feels like home. The pool is large and very clean, perfect for relaxing. Everything was well-maintained, and the location makes it easy to explore Sanur on foot. Also, the host was amazing—even when I accidentally broke the keys, they quickly arranged a locksmith to help me out. Highly recommended!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.
