Our host Dedo and the crew Komang and Gede were top tier. Always available but gave us our privacy to enjoy the villa. The pancakes and omelette’s were the favourite and full of flavour. Just a short scooter ride to a main strip with a few nice restaurants and shops but still away from the hustle and bustle. Loved it!! ❤️

Ria was very helpful & responded promptly with anything I asked for. The place speaks for itself! Beautiful villa & very cozy. I would definitely stay here again. Wayan the cleaner is very lovely. She made us feel so welcomed & comfortable with our stay! We hope to come back to this villa & host a dinner with her & her beautiful family 🤎

Monica was a really accommodating and friendly host. She replied instantly and organised scooter hire. We enjoyed staying at Mermaid Villa and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ulluwatu!

Just completed 10 days at Andy's and Ayu's villa. I booked it based on all the great reviews it has received and I can now see why. It is a beautiful villa but Andy & Ayu make the place so much more special. They are very attentive, super responsive to any questions, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Ayu's breakfast is superb, very delicious and includes local dishes, lovely fresh fruit and very, very, very. tasty 100% fresh juices......unbelievably tasty. Ayu also cooked us dinner on our last night, which was not only very lovely of her but it was great having her and Andy join us for dinner. I also have to mention Dekno (the driver) who was the nicest most knowledgeable and unbelievably patient tour guide who took us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. He also took us to some amazing restaurants that he recommended. He really is a star and also helped make our stay unforgettable. I can't thank Andy, Ayu & Dekno enough.

Great apartment Great views Unfortunate for me the music and weights dropping from F45 down stairs from 6am everyday of our stay was horrible The ear plugs helped but am a very light sleeper 😬 so was awake to those sounds It was listed on their reviews ! So if you like your sleep In maybe not the place to stay Otherwise everything else was excellent Good pool Housekeeping if required Good size rooms Great theatre room

Nice villa with an outdoor living space. All rooms have AC. Only the downstairs room has an outdoor bathroom. Since the villa living room and kitchen is outside, be wary of leaving food and drinks out. Ants will get into it. Other than that the place has been wonderful to stay at. Wish the TV was louder, and due to the TV being outside it is hard to watch due to glare.

Diese Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – und das in einer Weise, die man auf den Bildern nicht einmal erahnen kann. Sobald man die Tür öffnet, wird man von einer Atmosphäre empfangen, die eher an eine private Oase als an eine gewöhnliche Unterkunft erinnert. Das offene Design, der Infinity-Pool und der üppige tropische Garten waren einfach atemberaubend und bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Heimkino – der perfekte Ort, um nach einem aufregenden Tag in Ruhe einen Film zu genießen. Der Service war ein weiteres Highlight: Das Team war nicht nur freundlich und professionell, sondern immer bereit, unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Wir haben uns In-Villa-Massagen gegönnt, was eine absolute Empfehlung ist! Außerdem wurde für uns ein Ausflug nach Uluwatu organisiert, der ein unvergessliches Erlebnis war. Villa Kaya Garden was perfect for our family. Close to everything you need, skatepark across the road for kids, good supermarket, pharmacy, cafes nearby. A short scooter ride to Canggu, but also close to Seminyak or if you want to get away to further destinations without the Canggu traffic. The rooms are spacious, huge beds, tidy bathrooms. Outdoor living and kitchen was also a great option for us. The pool and projector kept us entertained. Our host was great, communication was always timely and helpful! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Bali

Big thanks to Keni for an amazing stay! The most responsive and accomodating host. Everyday she ensured to check in to see if we needed anything, she provided local recommendations, responded to our messages swiftly, she even replied at 3am within 2 minutes when our power went out due to a blackout that affected the whole area. She also allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in & after checkout which was really helpful & much appreciated! Everything about this villa is beautiful & so aesthetically pleasing. You’re not fighting to pick rooms as they’re all beautiful & each room has a lovely ensuite. Filtered water provided. It was PERFECT for when we had lazy days & just wanted to sit on the comfy couch & watch movies on the projector. Although it didn’t affect us, the only negative was the outside floor gets really slippery when wet so ensure to be mindful when getting in & out of the pool or on rainy days. I wish I could write more but I highly recommend staying here!!! ☺️
