Bali : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Spędziliśmy w Villi 4 noce (początkowo rezerwację zrobiliśmy na 3 ale po przyjeździe i obejrzeniu Villi przedłużyliśmy o kolejną) i bardzo podobał nam się pobyt. Villa jest bardzo przestronna, wygodna i ładnie urządzona, zapewnia prywatność i spokój. Korzystaliśmy z pomocy Kadek i Bayu (brat Bayu zorganizował nam rejs na Nusa Penida) a posiłki zamawialiśmy w pobliskim warungu. Szczególnie urzekło nas położenie Villi praktycznie na samej plaży.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! The property is top notch and well maintained. The care taker Surya is friendly and extremely resourcefull. Since it's right by the shore you fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves which is worth everything! The central location is ideal to explore both the West and East of the Island. Would highly recommend this property.

We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

The view and the sounds of the sea are amazing! The beach is not always available but the host provided me with information about the tides. I really enjoyed staying here, I wish I could have stayed longer. And the personal (the girl) who brought the suitcase up, should get a raise. She is very small and she carried the heavy suitcase up on her head all the stairs.

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Ha sido una estancia perfecta, la villa hecha de bambú es increíble, de verdad, todo lo que te diga es poco, cuando entramos mi novia que no sabía nada pensaba que era la entrada al hall del hotel, cuando realmente era ya nuestra villa, además ayu te facilita todo lo q necesitas, simplemente perfecto

We had a lovely time staying in amed at made’s. The location is great right by the water and you can wake up to the sunrise over the ocean. Made and her husband are very kind and thoughtful and we really enjoyed talking to them. Definitely would like to come back. Highly recommend this Airbnb and the hospitality is unbeatable

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!

This is a truly unique house with absolutely stunning views! We loved watching the surfers ride the waves at Padang Padang and Impossibles break—it was like having a private front-row seat to the action. Exploring Uluwatu was a highlight, and while there are some great cafés about a 20-minute walk away (Bukit Café was a favourite for breakfast), I’d recommend having a scooter or enjoying long walks. With incredible views comes a steep climb—around 180 steps to reach the accommodation—so be prepared! Bringing some snacks and food is a good idea, as it's a bit of a trek to grab a drink or meal. The fridge could be colder for keeping drinks at the perfect temperature. A special mention to the lovely cleaner, who met us late at night after our delayed flight. Also, note that the property uses a septic system, so toilet paper cannot be flushed. Our favourite part was sitting on the deck in the afternoon—it truly felt like we had the beach to ourselves. A one-of-a-kind experience!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

geweldig, ruim huis, ontzettend behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk eten, prachtig uitzicht. voor kleine kinderen minder geschikt vanwege de trappen binnen maar vooral vanwege de tuin zonder afscheiding en een betonnen strand 10 meter lager! Zwembad fijn maar erg groot verschil tussen diep en ondiep. we hebben genoten van het heerlijke eten van Comang en alle hulp, vriendelijke Arik. prachtige omgeving met veel bezienswaardigheden. aanrader voor iedereen zonder kleine kinderen!
