We had 20 wonderful days at Rumi's place! We rented their Panorama apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Black Sea! She and her husband were very pleasant, and we felt welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend their place for your next Black Sea vacation! Rumi has a different types of apartments to suit your needs. The beach is close, and you don't need to drive there. The place is quiet, clean, and safe, and you will have everything you need for your stay. Rumi and her husband are great hosts, and we are very grateful for the hospitality my family and I received. Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Lillie per 4 notti. L'appartamento è ben curato, pulito, caldo e confortevole e inoltre è vicino ad ogni punto turistico della città, ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi o in taxi senza difficoltà. Abbiamo svolto il check in comodamente e in autonomia, questo ti permette di essere flessibile con gli orari. La casa è riscaldata con termosifoni e condizionatore caldo-freddo, non siamo solo riusciti a far funzionare il termosifone della cucina. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia visitare la città di Sofia in comodità, in un posto pulito e confortevole! Grazie Lillie

This is my third stay at Tatyana’s place. I come back to it because it is very convenient, a beautifully appointed apartment and the hosts are super responsive. I love staying there when I visit Bulgaria and strongly recommend it to others. Great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay here as it was nice and cosy and just a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Communication was great and Igor was very helpful with things to do around. A few things that you might need to bring is all your toiletries (Shower Gel & Shampoos) as there was none there when we visited. There is a shop that’s a 2 minute walk away. Check in was easy but if you are getting dropped off you can’t pass the boom gate without paying an entry fee. They can drop you off in front of the boom gate as it’s only 50 metres to the front door. This is apart of a complex so they have their own rules and you must pay them for the boom gate to open and the parking at the main reception. The washing machine is not in the apartment you have to give it to the reception and they will do it for you at a cost. Igor gave us information of a cheaper laundromat close by. He was very helpful. We would stay here again.

The location of the property is great. The host was responding quickly, the place is just like on the photos. We would stay there again.

the place inside is very clean, except there are construction happening right outside the door and the whole building, which is a bit noisy at times and dusty. In general, it's a good spot and would recommend it.

The location was very spacious, clean and beautiful with a very comfortable bed. Basically you have your own garden in the middle of Bucharest. An oasis of silence. Very close to the city centre. The owners are kind and generous. Thank you for your support and hospitality. See you soon!

Can't recommend the place enough. We needed a place to crash for a weekend, but after walking in the first thing we said was "Ohh we can stay here a lot longer than 2 days and feel great!". Setup was excellent, everything was clean. Philip is very responsive. Location is amazing, combining beeing right at the center of the city and yet being quiet enough at night. Overall 5/5. Will be the first place to check for availability next time we're in the city.

Locatia e foarte buna, apartamentul spatios, mobilat cu stil si foarte curat. Gazda e foarte draguta si comunicativa, iar locul de parcare este un bonus foarte important! Vom reveni!

The stay was gorgeous! My one regret is that it was a very short stop. The apartment is an absolute dream .. and unlike many others that allow smoking but you have to freeze near a window, Slaven’s place has not just 1 but 2 isolated balconies for smoking with the most comfortable and various seating options (including a BED on one of the balconies) and amazing views. Ms. Geri, the lovely housekeeper, was also very kind and accommodating when we forgot a wallet after check out. We probably spent a good 30 minutes laughing and talking. She’s such a gem! All in all simply an incredible stay with my sister. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Slaven for your accommodation and flexibility :)!

Страхотно място и внимание към детайла (бонбони и минерална вода + козметика в банята) Удобно легло и всичко необходимо в кухнята. Изключително чисто и домакинът е много любезен.

really enjoyed this place, me and my son stayed for a week to ski. It was perfect, and close to the ski-road!

Le logement était très bien, avec plus que le nécessaire à disposition ! Le seul petit bémol est le manque d’eau chaude qui vient trop rapidement, sachant que la douche évacue aussi mal l’eau. Mais à part ça c’est nickel

Anna's attic apartment was great.. 6th floor peaceful quiet views of mountains from Window. Decent kitchen, Crystal Clear Mountain water from the cold tap!! 3 hobs, sink fridge. washing machine kettle microwave. Pots pans plates cutlery. Hot shower. Lots of cupboards n wardrobe space.. Powerful electric wall heater and a large clothes airer.drier... TV with loads of channels .. 800meters from the Old Town. LIDL 3km in Razlog.

It was very cosy and clean apertment. It is 10 min walk to Gondola.Two balconies have lovely views. Only thing I wish the information about sauna and pool was much clearer. Pool is very small. It is good for kids. Sauna, pool are not free and only open between 5pm-7pm which same because by the time you finish skii g and had a drink, there is not much time left really.

Lovely place in a great location. Right next to the Gondola for our skiing trip, clean and cosy apartment, and responsive host!

Am avut o experiență minunată la cazarea din centru. Locația este excelentă, cu acces rapid la principalele atracții, ceea ce a făcut șederea extrem de convenabilă. Spațiul a fost impecabil de curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu tot ce ai putea avea nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. În plus, gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și bine informată, oferindu-mi recomandări utile care mi-au îmbogățit experiența. Este o opțiune pe care o recomand cu căldură oricui caută cazare de calitate într-o zonă centrală.
