Balkans : locations de vacances sur des îles

Location, location, location - those are the key words to describe this place. Crystal clear waters surrounding a beautiful tiny island covered with trees (as part of the garden!). We liked it that much that we even mismanaged our departing date!

Booké en avance et suivis et accompagnés par Sale pour nos démarches (location de bateau, permis de peche...) nous avions hate d'arriver ! le jour du rendez-vous arrive et nous rencontrons Sale et son Papa, qui nous explique la marche à suivre (récup du bateau, réserve d'essence, courses nécessaires : eau et nourriture) et nous partons sur l'ile en suivant le bateau du papa de Sale, une traversée magnifique parmi les ilots, jusqu'à l'ile de ZUT. Un coin de paradis, maison Robinson, où l'harmonie et le rythme de la nature nous gagne de jour en jour... petit quai pour garer le bateau à deux pas de la maison, coin rocheux sous les pins où nous avons établis notre camp de base pendant ces vacances, avec la canne à peche qui nous aura offert de bon repas de poissons frais... ambiance survie, meme si la maison est vraiment tout confort (wifi, frigo, cuisine équipée, panneaux solaires et toilettes à l'eau de mer !), puiser l'eau du puits pour nos besoins en eau douce, petite marche jusqu'à la marina pour le revitaillement de base, découvertes des iles, du parc de Kornati, de petites criques où tout est resté sauvage et où seules quelques maisons de pecheurs habillent le paysage... un calme absolu, relax au maximum... Sale a répondu très rapidement à nos petites questions, il a toujours été disponible et attentif. le seul point négatif que nous aurions à déclarer est le dur retour à la réalité... nous reviendons dès que l'occasion se représente !

Zuerst möchte ich mich bei marija, ivo und roko bedanken für die liebenswerte Gastfreundschaft. Die Insel ist Natur pur und ich konnte mich vom Alltagsstress so richtig erholen und neue Energie tanken. Das Haus hat alles notwendige und mehr, ist sehr sauber und macht die „Insel der ruhe“ Perfekt. Es war wirklich alles perfekt von den lieben Gastgebern bis zur Insel. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste mal 🤗

Κλείσαμε το στούντιο τελευταία στιγμή, μιας και αποφασίσαμε αυθόρμητα να επισκεφθούμε τη Σύρο. Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είμαστε πιο τυχεροί! Το στούντιο βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή σε απόσταση 12 λεπτών με αυτοκίνητο από την Ερμούπολη και διαθέτει τα πάντα. Μαζί μας είχαμε το γιο μας που είναι μόλις 4,5 μηνών και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Γιώργος μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος, όποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε. Μάλιστα μας έδωσε κ ένα παιδικό κρεβατάκι, το οποίο είχε τοποθετήσει στο στούντιο, πριν την άφιξή μας. Αν και δεν υπάρχει θάλασσα σε απόσταση που μπορεί να διανύσει κάνεις με τα πόδια, βρήκαμε δροσιά στην υπέροχη πισίνα του συγκροτήματος. Συνιστώ το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε Γιώργο για όλα!

We hade a great vacation at Eva’s place. Is a perfect private location with an stunning view of the sunset. Eva is a great host, we had coffee, milk, cold water...all you need if you arrive late, like we did.she is flexible with check-in and check-out time, wich was helpful. The location was more beautiful that we expecting. We definitely recommend it!

Das einfache und sehr gepflegte Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir hatten absolute Ruhe und die schönste Aussicht. Die totale Abgeschiedenheit lässt einem komplett entspannen. Besonders empfehlenswert, wenn man gut zu Fuss ist! Danke für alles - wir kommen wieder!

Villa Perla is a slice of heaven. Every single day here was absolutely wonderful! Crystal clear water, nothing but the sounds of cicadas and waves, and gorgeous views from the villa. It’s even better than the photos. Staying here was the most perfect week of my life. Some advice: •we rented a car (in Korcula Old Town and drove it to Vela Luka) which I would say was absolutely necessary — I loved being able to stop in Vela Luka for groceries, gelato, and cappuccinos! •bring water shoes or buy some at the grocery store — there are some sea urchins •ask to rent the SUP for $15 a day. So worth it. •there are fresh bread and pastries at Babic in Vela Luka, and also right across from that is a vegetable stand with fresh produce! •if you want fresh fish, there is a fish market there too but it closes early each day •we liked Tommy’s Supermarket for everything else •the pharmacy sells mosquito spray This is THE spot for a vacation!!! Don’t hesitate to book it!

Hôte très réactive ! Les indications étaient claires, et l’accueil chaleureux. L’environnement est tout simplement incroyable, au cœur d’une île privée, où l’on peut voguer tranquillement sur les eaux turquoises du lac. Un rêve d’enfant de dormir dans une cabane et de se réveiller les pieds dans l’eau !

Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Unsere Gastgeber waren immer für uns erreichbar und haben uns herzlich empfangen.

Jere and his family were amazing. Always there to help with anything needed. As we had no car gave us a lift there and Back to the port. The accommodation is for everyone who loves peace and no people on the beach.The island is without many tourists and kids running round. Perfect relax for all who love to switch off. Location 25 steps to the beach. The flat is cute and has everything needed .Maybe airconditioning would be a good idea in the future as it gets very hot at night and one doesnt cool down. Great holiday

Harika birkaç gün geçirdik. Her şey beklediğimizden çok daha iyiydi 😀 Murat Bey ve Nesrin Hanım çok misafirperver, harika insanlar😀 Bize bu süreçte çok yardımcı oldular 😀 Evde her şey mevcut. Tertemizdi, hijyen konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Evin konumu plajlara, koylara yakın. Manzarası çok güzel, sessiz sakin bir yer. Gece yıldızlar harika görünüyor. 😀 Tekrar tekrar gelinebilecek bir yer, tavsiye ederiz 😀

Traumhafte Ferien haben wir im August 2024 mit der Familie erleben dürfen. Die Anreise ist sehr abenteuerlich, dies war uns aber durch die Beschreibung des Hauses bereits bekannt. Die Einkäufe sollte man tatsächlich vorher auf dem Festland oder der Insel erledigen. Einfach nur mal eben schnell etwas vergessenes einzukaufen ist sehr zeitaufwändig. Die Fahrt vom Haus zu den nächsten Geschäften dauert ca. gut 30 min über eine stark Holperstrasse. Sinn macht es ohnehin im Haus zu bleiben um die Ruhe und das atemberaubende Panorama zu geniessen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder! Der Urlaub wird unserer Familie in bester Erinnerung bleiben!

Μια ιδιαίτερη κατοικία κατασκευασμένη μόνο από πρωτογενή αρχιτεκτονικά υλικά χωρίς να περισσεύει ή να της λείπει κάτι... με πρότυπη θέα στο Αιγαίο και όμορφους εξωτερικούς χώρους για τη κάθε στιγμή του 24ώρου. Η θέση της, μέσα στο μεγάλο παραδοσιακό κτήμα δίνει μόνο ήχους της φύσης και η σπάνια ευαισθησία των ιδιοκτητών στη φωτορύπανση προσφέρει την επιλογή στον επισκέπτη να ταξιδέψει (τις βράδυνες ώρες) με τα μάτια στο σύμπαν. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars! The house was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The host was friendly, attentive, and responsive, even bringing us local produce one morning. The filtered water in the kitchen tap was practical, eliminating the need for bottled water. Extra towels, beach towels, blankets, and beach chairs were also provided. In addition, having the option of a cleaning service at no extra cost was a very nice perk for our longer stay. The location is quiet and secluded, yet just an 8-minute drive from Adamantas, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed long, peaceful walks along the nearby hiking path, completely undisturbed by other people. While the ocean waves were too strong for swimming near the house—likely due to the windy late October weather—we easily found other beautiful beaches to explore on the island. We highly recommend this stay. Plus, we loved our daily visits from a friendly street cat!

Ein wirklich magischer Ort. Eine so wunderschöne Insel für sich zu haben ist wirklich einmalig!

This was the most tranquil holiday we have ever been on. With just the sound of the sea, and away from the world, it was a brilliant place to unwind. Stunning scenery, clear blue sea, fantastic night skies. A couple of things to note (for useful info): - take your own drinking water, the house is plumbed in with the water. Safe for general use and when boiled. - to use the boat you need a licence, but even without it the mainland is within reach by kayak for exploring. - if driving across to Dugi Otok then you will need the ferry to Brbinj, whereas by foot the ferry to Sali is better. It is worth considering the ferry times in your planning. Neven was friendly and responsive. He was extremely helpful when our check in ended up being later than we hoped. He provided transport to and from the island. He made great local recommendations. He even put us in touch with Jerko, a local taxi man who picked us up by boat for a trip to the supermarket. Great stay. Would highly recommend.
