A lovely place right near the city. Quiet and well maintained, clean and very well equipped for all your needs. There was nothing Michelle didn't think of. The bed was very comfortable and truly a place you can call home for a great stay in Ballarat. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return. Thanks so much!

Lovely, clean unit with everything we needed. Good communication from our host and clear instructions. Convenient location with Aldi and great coffee shop only a few minutes walk away. Definitely recommend if staying in Ballarat!

You both are such wonderful people and it shows in the way you treated us—not just a guests but as friends. Your place was a home away from home indeed. It was comfortable, safe, cosy and well equipped. Spending time with you both was indeed the highlight of our trip. It was like visiting the parents. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel right at home. I think my husband teared up a bit to see how our little one just loved you guys. Thank you for all the generous goodies-milk, cereal, yogurt, juice, chocolates, coffee machine, butter and so much more. It was a flying visit to Ballarat to attend a funeral, so we didn’t really get to spend too much time enjoying the apartment. The apartment was warm, clean and very central, it’s a shame it was only for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a very lovely relaxing stay. Such a peaceful vibe. Everything was just right and all amenities catered. We will be back. Many thanks for your hospitality 👍

Great Location, the place to be in Ballarat. A nice open and airy apartment with beautiful views of the Lake. Perfect for two couples or a family with plenty of space and privacy. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe and bars, also the lake and gardens. Loved our stay and will be returning. The voucher was a bonus, thanks Craig.

We had lovely 2 night stay. The apartment was immaculate and pristine clean. . We enjoyed using the modern kitchen for cooking our evening meals. The bed was comfortable & the shower was fantastic. Hayley had notified us before we arrived that she had left air conditioning on which was nice as the weather was hot. I note previous reviewers have mentioned the parking. We were a bit nervous prior to arrival in respect of previous reviewers comments about access. However although the lane to the property was narrow, my husband did not consider too bad. The apartment parking space was immediately outside the front door and was a reasonable size. It is within walking distance of historic centre and easy driving access to parks etc.

We had a great stay at Kerryn’s place. She had thought of everything! She supplied breakfast provisions, some tasty snacks and there was milk waiting in the fridge. The house was a 1 min walk to a great pub for meals. Walking distance to cafes and Lake Wendouree. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

Great place to stay while away for work.

Ange was great to work with, the unit held our family and golden retriever easily. great location for our events for the weekend, not far from Ballarat city centre and stockland shopping centre. the home was neat and tidy, had everything we needed, lovely food snacks left for us. the back courtyard had plenty of space for the dog. Big thx to Ange for looking after us.

Nice clean unit. I arrived on a 37 degree day and the air conditioning had been switched on prior to me getting there which was lovely. No issues at all. Will definitely book again when I need to come back to town

A well-appointed and comfortable apartment a stone’s throw from the lake in Ballarat. The property is within walking distance of some fine cafes (we particularly enjoyed Webster’s Market & Cafe) whilst the city centre is a short car trip away. The apartment was ideal for our purposes: a short stay in Ballarat to participate in a cycling event starting from Lake Wendouree. Jessica was an excellent host; she gave clear instructions and responded to questions quickly. Highly recommended.

The unit was a nicely restored 1 storey townhouse in an older brick building with covered parking in the rear and a lovely private outdoor courtyard. Craig generously let us check in early as we had a zoom call and was very responsive. We loved the treats that were waiting for guests of all ages to enjoy! the kitchen was well stocked and even included an air fryer and recipe book (the roasted chicken thighs turned out great). The home was only a 25 minute walk from the historic downtown where we enjoyed the architecture and art galleries. We also visited Sovereign Hill and an evening event at the Ballarat municipal observatory. Although we didn't have time to fish we did peek at the lake that's close to Craig's home. Our visit to Ballarat and Craig's property was a highlight on our trip between Adelaide and Melbourne. We would definitely return.

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

It was a last minute trip, the place was just what we needed. Sensibly prices.

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this lovely home. The space was private, quiet, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding. The setting made it easy to enjoy my days and recharge. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Booked this property for my parents to stay on their wedding anniversary. They were very impressed with the property and loved their stay. It had everything they needed and was in a beautiful location. Communication was prompt and booking was very easy. Would recommend!

Great location and close to ammenities. Can be a little noisy at night due to the building being directly on the main stretch, but this is no different to any other apartment in a similar position. It's a beautiful apartment and well appointed.

A great place for a weekend getaway. Pet friendly as well and fully fenced garden if you are coming with your fur baby. Everything at your door step! Chris’ instructions were very informative and replies were so quick. Thanks for wonderful getaway we had. Looking forward to our next stay!
