We had a fantastic stay in Bella's gorgeous cottage. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely recommend and will return if we're ever in Ballarat again. Bella was a very friendly host and was super obliging with check-in and check-out times.

A beautiful pet friendly get away. Comfy beds and excellent heating and cooling ( heating was a must for me coming from Darwin!). Beautiful peaceful surroundings and Sonya was so responsive, welcoming and made us feel right at home!

Clean, roomy home. As described. Peaceful surroundings and walkable park. Close to shops and easy drive to shops for grocery. Not too far from town or attractions. Family friendly. Great place to stay that was conveniently located for all the things that we had to do in Ballarat. It was great that we could take our 12 week old puppy with us on this trip.

This was my second stay at Robert’s place. My friend and I came to sew and it was perfect for that. The weather was very hot on one of the days and very cold the next but the cottage was the ideal temperature. As before the location was great and the cottage very comfortable. We’ll be back!

A beautiful, spacious home nestled right in the city of Ballarat. Restaurants all around, plenty of options. A busy area but you wouldn’t know from inside. So much room, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds with gorgeous bedding. Brilliant hosts who were so accommodating. Secure carpark out the back. It suited my family, we were busy during the day and to feel so at home and relaxed coming back early evening is why we’ll be back. The bathroom is exceptional with a beautiful bath and the biggest shower I’ve ever seen. Value for money!!!! Exceeds a 10/10 by far. Thankyou so much 🥰

Great Location across from the beautiful lake. Roomy and clean Would have liked to have stayed longer.

The kitchen is full with any kind of things we needs and more. The house is spotless clean, plenty of rooms to move about, the area is quite quiet which is nice for a relaxing holiday.
