Excellent stay at Brenda’s house, beautifully decorated, well supplied and in a good location close to supermarket and everything else. Our kids and mother-in-law enjoyed the backyard a lot. Thanks Brenda for hosting us!

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this home in Avila. Very comfortable house with a great location near the beach. The house was fully stocked with kitchen and beach items, and was very easy to “settle into.” Hot tub was a big plus. While there were only three of us, the house could easily accommodate many more. We will be back.

We came to the Central Coast to look at a business opportunity with two kids under seven and two dogs. It was an amazing space. Everything was 100% we will be back and also recommend!

Great value and home base for visit to Santa Barbara. Efficient use of space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Very safe and gated. Convenient location. Right next to freeway and near train tracks, although you wouldn't know it once inside the complex. Close to amazing produce grocery store, Tri-County Produce. Easy to walk to East Beach, Stearns Wharf, State St. No frills, other than two TVs, so bring own spices, cooking oil, games, etc. Immediate neighbors are low-end commercial/industrial complexes, but the host and his team made this gated complex feel very safe, comfortable, and tasteful.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie's place! Everything was decorated so nicely, everything was spotless and clean, and they thoughtfully provided so many things for our 1 year old toddler. The location was perfect, walkable to the beach and walkable to the various restaurants and coffee shops around the area. We had the best food around the neighborhood and we had a fun time at the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer! Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The apartment was very clean and matched the photos exactly. Everything inside made it feel like home, and not like I was staying at someone else’s home. Maureen was incredibly responsive both before and after booking. I had reached out to ask about bringing my pup, which is why I booked this listing. There were no restrictions other than being house trained. My pup loved the dog bed (which he doesn’t use in our home!). The location & neighbors were great, very friendly! The bottle of wine in the fridge was such a nice treat and very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. It’s the only place we stay when we come to SB now. The location is amazing, the house is charming and comfortable. And Sandy is a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

Leah's place is great in every way. The unit is bright, well organized, very clean and has all the amenities needed by a traveler. The location is excellent--in the heart of Carpinteria so you can walk to everything--restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and the beach.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Ken’s place was amazing. We have stayed at other places here in Pismo and this is by far is our favorite

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Can't say enough great things about this Airbnb or the host! Check in was easy and Autumn made everything so smooth for us! She was detailed with her instructions and very responsive. The airbnb itself was fantastic!! It was spotless, clean, best location, great views and walkable to anything you need. I will definitely be staying there again for all future Santa Barbara locations! Highly recommend this airbnb!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful place. We loved the decor! It was beachy cool and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. The shower and tub in the master were amazing 🤩. The open concept kitchen was perfect for gathering and the sliding doors open up the whole place for indoor/outdoor living. Not to mention the roof with a hot tub and ocean views. We think this place was a gem!!!Definitely worth the price and we would highly recommend for a family with two kids that need their own space 🙄 or 3 couples. Everything is a short drive away and there are so many options for dining but honestly we didn’t want to leave the place! If you’re thinking about booking this place do it!!!

My family and I adored our stay! This is our second time staying here and we love it. It has amazing views of the ocean right out the large windows where you can see the sunrise and set right on the couch. It’s just steps to the beach and close walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. The place is so spacious with a large kitchen which we loved since we like to cook breakfast. We love that we can park our car safely in the garage. They have plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows if needed. This place has impressed us once again and has easily become our go to stay when we come out to Pismo beach. We are eager to book again soon.
