I am worried about posting something too positive, in case it makes the property too busy, and we don't get a chance to come back!! However, I suppose we'd better do the right thing! This was a property that ticked all the boxes. Centrally located, but in a small gated and private community. Dedicated on-site parking. EXTREMELY comfortable beds! Very well appointed house. Ground floor, which was perfect for my 90yr old mum. Kitchen well stocked with new and quality appliances. Krupps 'Nespresso' machine with plenty of pods was very appreciated! Squeaky clean. Amazing welcome pack- loaf of fresh bread, milk, butter, cereal selection, coffee, tea, etc. Luscious towels. It is clear from the enthusiastic, instant, and extremely helpful communication, to the careful attention to detail, that Peter takes this business seriously. It matters to him that we are happy with our stay. ...and to be honest- with a property like this, how could we not be happy!!? We will definitely be back.

We absolutely adored staying at 2 Melville Place. It is an enormous, perfectly proportioned ground floor apartment (with lovely outside space and own parking out front) in the centre of the village. It is about a 5 minute walk to the harbour. It is beautifully decorated ++and there was nothing the hosts had not thought of to make our stay special. This is a home away from home. We golfed at 3 nearby courses and it was a perfect base. The supermarket is around the corner so we had breakfast at home and ended up cooking and chilling for 3 of the 5 nights. The kitchen is so well stocked and the living room beyond comfortable. Nearby restaurant choices are limited enough. The Waterfront was nice. The Ships Tavern for a drink and we picked up some lovely fresh crab at the Shellfish Shack. Cellardyke tidal pool was heavenly++ for daily dip..a highlight..a 15 minute magical stroll away. The owners clearly love their home and it was our privilege to stay there. The perfect Airbandb.

Fabulous place to stay - very comfortable with everything you need (especially in the kitchen). Toasty and warm for a cool autumn weekend. Big spacious bedrooms and fantastic shower. We’d love to go back - Ballater is such a lovely place. Thank you Josephine and Stephen!

The location was very central! Everything we wanted to see was a at most 10 minute walk. The flat was also very beautiful with gorgeous wood furniture and a large bathroom! Simply a comfortable and fantastic place to stay!

Great place for our overnight stop driving south from the Western Isles. Thank you for a lovely stay. The studio was exactly as described and looked like it was well stocked should we have wanted to cook. Easy check in and squeaky clean. Comfy bed and in a lovely quiet spot for a peaceful night sleep.

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

Not sure what I can say about Lorens place that hasn’t already been said on previous reviews but this place exceeded our expectations. I will never get over waking up to that amazing sea view it was something else. There is everything you need for your stay, nothing has been forgotten. It’s clean, warm and cosy and I actually want to move in permanently! Johnshaven is a lovely quiet fishing village with a village store, a pub (had a great meal) and there is a gorgeous Lobster shop where we got an amazing lobster toastie! We had amazing weather on our 4 night stay, and it’s not if we will come back it’s when! Thank you Loren for being an amazing host. Sally and Matt 😊

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

Kate’s property is a very attractive renovation. I love the touch of including the process pics in a book for guests to view and appreciate. We could walk everywhere we went. It was a lovely, clean house with everything you need. :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Inverness! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group of six. It was beautifully decorated, with modern touches and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms were cozy and each had ample storage space, and the living areas were perfect for socializing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Inverness city center for easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in the Highlands. Highly recommend!

It's a great place to stay With beautiful view of river It's in the centre of the city and we absolutely loved it. House is really gorgeous,even the little details are pretty awesome. Everything was clean. Especially we loved the paintings and condiments provided. Definitely recommended

My second stay at Number 5. This time I brought my friends. So lovely, peaceful and cosy. We spent hours staring at the view and enjoyed local walks. Loved it just as much again.

We stayed here for 2 days and really enjoyed our stay. The house if beautiful and in a nice area. We will stay again when visiting the area.

My mum and I stayed at Karen’s apartment as we were working in the local area. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Comfortable, cosy but spacious and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay. There was a great welcome pack with loads of useful information but also Karen messaged to welcome us on arrival and gave us some recommendations for eating out, which we chose to do and we were not disappointed. The local pub and restaurant ‘The Crusoe’ was just across the road and we had a fantastic meal there, just what we needed to recharge after a busy day! The village Lower Largo was such a beautiful area and the apartment was located in the heart of the village and a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beach. Unfortunately we didn’t have much time to explore the area but are planning to return in the near future for sure and wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else! 👌

The Colours is a lovely little place, it is spotlessly clean and tidy, there is everything that you need for a few nights away. It is perfectly located for either a walk to the pub in the evening or along the harbour front. Would thoroughly recommend and certainly look to stay here again when I’m back in Broughty Ferry.

Been staying here for over a month due to work. It has been perfect for all my needs. The Annex is attached the hosts house but it is very private and peaceful.Will definitely stay here again.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was fantastic and made even more amazing by our hosts who went the extra mile to make our holiday extra special. The added touches of a Christmas tree and decorations, Christmas hamper and hot chocolates made our stay feel like home. The apartment was perfect for our holiday: modern, comfortable, nicely decorated and most importantly very clean which made staying in a pleasure on a rainy day. The view over the river was a real treat: seeing the river change with the weather, watching birds and catching the odd glimpse of otters was a great experience for the children. We would like to thank our hosts for giving us all an amazing home away from home.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

We absolutely loved our stay in Pitlochry! Alyson’s apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in a fantastic location. Alyson was the perfect host. She was very responsive, met us at the apartment to welcome us and gave us some lovely recommendations. Our stay here was worth every penny and I would recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Pitlochry. Thank you so much Alyson!
