what an amazing place and location.ultimate peace of mind. the food is worth paying thousand dollars.the host and the staff are great. they are so well behaved and spoken. they are very hospitable....must visit place to stay at shantiniketan...will come again

The hotel was located on the Kolkata - Durgapur highway. But it's very quiet. You can take ola or Uber or public transportation to reach this hotel from durgapur city center (3kms). Actually durgapur city center is a bus stand. WBTC and SBSTC buses will come there only. From this hotel, you can access the local Bus stop which is only 100 mts away. And there was a hotel which serves good food near to the bus stop. I had a visit at CSIR-CMERI and i stayed here for two days... Overall a pleasant stay for me. Value for money.

Outstanding location beside river ajoy. Go for cycling through breathtaking views. Sit back and relax with bon fires places at all the right places. Kithen and staff quaters and whole property is clean and beautiful. Outstanding gardening within the property and you can see fresh grown veggies which you can have.

It was blissful. We took a bath in the Darokeshwar river which is near the farm. The bigger farm which is a part of this Homestay is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The people are wonderful and Rani, the German Shepherd- it felt as if she was our pet baby for the time we were there. Thank you.
