Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

Melissa’s home was absolutely perfect for our family! The place was clean, spacious, and had an incredible backyard and pool. This Airbnb truly felt like our home for 5 days. Melissa was prompt in answering questions and always made herself available if we needed something. We would absolutely stay again!

Michael is probably the best host I've ever encountered on Airbnb. Property - was immaculately maintained, everything was well labeled, organized and clean. The house was spacious, the couches were comfortable, the pool was clean. There were 2 showers, and 4 bathrooms. Perfect size our group of 6. Location - House was about 10 minutes from Broadway in a great neighborhood. Perfect. Communication - I was in contact with Mike weeks and days prior to the stay, and when a question came up during the stay, Mike was quick to answer in just a few minutes. We even had fresh baked cookies and Saratoga spring water waiting for us when we walked in. I would recommend Mike and his house to anyone going to Saratoga. Thanks again Mike.

We ate most meals on the deck admiring the lake and scenery. Most hot days at the lake, jumping off the floating dock, swimming and kayaking the beautiful lake. Most cool nights in the hot tub. Beautiful lake and close to many places (Saratoga, Lake George). Kids really enjoyed the lake, floating dock and hot tub as well as playing darts on the deck. Tinney’s Tavern nearby had great food and was an easy walk. Nice hiking trail nearby. Joan was easily accessible for any questions that arose.

Had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the shared amenities were a great bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plus, it was a quick straight to the racetrack and casino.

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at Michael’s Airbnb! It was very close to downtown, and even closer to a lovely Italian market where we picked up supplies for dinner. Michael was an excellent host from start to finish. He was communicative, friendly, and easy to work with. The home is beautiful, we could’ve spent more time there just to take in all the art. The hot tub in the shed out back was wonderful, we enjoyed the speaker for music and the space heater that kept the space cozy. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Thank you, Michael! We’ll probably return again next year if the space is available.

perfect home base for a visit to Saratoga! walking distance to the track and all of down if you wanted. We were on a bachelor party and couldn't have asked for better. hot tub was a huge plus for relaxing after a day/night out.

Our stay at Maple Hill Farm was so peaceful and exactly what we wanted. We loved being amongst the animals and nature and it was such an incredible hidden gem that we will think about for a long time after our trip has finished. Philip was an incredible host and we loved meeting his sweet pups too. Can’t wait to come back again!

Dennis' place was spacious, very clean and in a great location to all that Saratoga has to offer. Dennis was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Roberta’s place. This was our first visit to Saratoga Springs, and we wanted a quiet place that was convenient to downtown and that would allow us to fully experience the community. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The unit was exactly as described and came with coffee for the coffee maker and even a package of scones for us to enjoy. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown, and we felt safe walking at all times. Overall, we highly recommend Roberta’s place. We will definitely stay again the next time that our travels take us to Saratoga Springs.

Great place, one thing I did like was they do not use products that contain harsh chemicals like the Native shampoo & conditioner and the plant based laundry detergent they use to wash

Amazing amazing stay!! Ed and Rick were so welcoming and accommodating. They’ve created such a beautiful space filled with love and character, and my partner and I felt so safe on their farm. So many fun things to do on the property, Ed and Rick were super helpful answering any questions, and the yurt was clean and homey. 10/10 stay, will def be visiting again!

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL! We can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. The Lake House is amazing. Great view, cozy, super clean. You can't ask for more. Will definitely come back and recommend highly.

Christopher's place was amazing. The property is absolutely amazing, and the view from the window is stunning. The place is very cozy, comfortable, and feels very spacious for the size. There are several cute small towns near by and plenty of places to go for a hike. Christopher was a great host who gave recommendations and always responded to questions. We would 100% recommend!

I booked Devra's place on behalf of my parents. Devra was so accommodating to them! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Devra's place is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Beautiful home on a beautiful piece of property. Lots of room inside and outside. It has an excellent common area for family gatherings. Great home for families with children. Owner is very communicative and helpful. He ensured that we have enough baby gates and a pack n play for our stay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Andrew & Tracy were fantastic hosts and the home was nice and spacious. A quick drive brought us to downtown Saratoga and the racetracks! We hope to stay again soon.

Loved staying here! It was super cozy and a lovely home away from home for the holidays. House is as described and very spacious. Fireplace makes it extra cozy when the weather got cold. Host was very proactive and responded to any question or issue almost immediately. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amy’s place was amazing. One of my best experiences using this mobile application. This place is perfect for groups visiting the infamous Saratoga Racetrack. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have a memorable experience.

We had a lovely time at Cheri's! The pool and bbq were the top favorites. Cheri's house is very clean and has a very welcoming vibe, exactly as pictured. Cheri left pool floats for us to use, which were a big hit with our daughter. It's a short drive to town, where we got to enjoy everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. We would love to come back again!

This was our third stay at Marks place. It is a wonderful stay and always has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you are coming for a concert, the trail is easy to access, but bring your walking shoes. It’s very easy to walk to downtown Saratoga which is nice because parking is crazy in downtown. The pool is always clean and ready for a hot summer day.
