The apartment is just right for 2 people needing a place to stay in the middle of downtown. The view is nice and there is a full fridge, a 2-burner stove, and a mini broiler. Location is within 2 miles of everywhere we went (a lot was less than a mile away) and is very walkable. My experience was a good one.

Alan made himself available and communicated often. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and at home. We loved how clean, spacious, and well-located the place was. The area was within walking distance from a museum, monuments, cathedrals, etc. All residents we encountered were also very nice. The fitness center was a great touch, too. Alan provided cookware, extra blankets, pillows… we felt right at home. Phenomenal job! 10/10

Jim & team are very responsive. Everything is clean and nice and the views are amazing. For the view and space given, its truly a deal. Its the cleaning fees and taxes which kind of irritated me. Other than that, fantastic stay.

The owners went above and beyond in terms of their willingness to make us feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with drinks, condiments, nespresso coffee, teas, etc. The furnishings were comfy and the place was very cozy. Very new remodeling, so bathroom and kitchen fixtures (including w/d) were pristine. They even moved their grill for us to use. Great hosts and greay accommodations!

Joke was very helpful during my stay and kind. The home was very nice and clean. With a very peaceful neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, I had the sleep of my life there! Thank you!

We thought Peggy’s place was charming and central. It was comfortable with lots of cute shops nearby.

Our group of 18 (of all ages) had an absolutely incredible time at Andrew's place! The house was huge and neat; besides having enough bedrooms to suit us all, had communal multiple spaces for us to get together in bigger and smaller groups. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen set up well and clean, and the outdoor spaces were great too. The location is a very quiet & peacefull neighborhood. Above all, Andrew was extremely responsive, flexible and exceeded our expectations! We plan on coming back!

I stay here for a month and a half. I hate that i had to leave to go to my next location. It was perfect for me and my dogs. Fenced in beautiful yard; i wished it was summer instead of winter so i could have enjoyed it more. I definitely recommend this place for your stay. My favorite part was the work out equipment.

It was perfect to allow our entire family to stay together and enjoy time together as well as prepare meals and enjoy the beautiful deck. Loved all the nature - deer were beautiful! Our stay at Lionel's space was nothing short of great. From easy access, cleanliness, accommodations, and Lionel's quick response...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly recommend this stay to anyone traveling to the Baltimore area.

Cory's home was perfect for our Thanksgiving. We look forward to future family gatherings and making Cory's home ours again.

Geri's place was perfect for our family gathering. There were plenty of bedrooms and places to sit, play games, eat, and hang out. The location was in a neighborhood with great areas to walk and go get coffee or a sandwich. My family and I would stay here again. I only suggest that check out instructions be included, so guests can best leave the home as they found it.
