Very clean, up to date, and comfortable with everything I needed and lots of little extras like plenty of tea and coffee. I felt at home and was so grateful to be in a private neighborhood setting but a short walk to the Metro to get downtown quickly. I loved the convenience of having Trader Joe’s a couple blocks away. I would be happy to stay here again the next time I visit the area.

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

Fantastic stay! Great host. The studio was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was great. I especially appreciated the provided maps and train cards—having them available made me opt for the train more often instead of taking Ubers. A thoughtful touch that made getting around so much easier. Highly recommend this unit.

Jill’s place was perfect for our week in Washington. The location was very near the National Mall and Capitol Hill. And just a few blocks from the Metro station. The studio was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, great shower, luxurious towels! Jill’s instructions were very clear. I really think she’s thought of everything! We highly recommend this rental!

Joey’s place was comfortable for a week long business trip. A nice sized place for the cost and walkable to local spots. Definitely would book again for a business trip week!

I had an amazing stay at this charming studio in the heart of DC. The space is cozy and impressively outfitted with everything you could need for a memorable stay, from a selection of books and DC guides to a guitar and a digital piano. Every corner reflects thoughtful attention to detail. The studio is spotless and features an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better: just a short walk from the US Capitol and conveniently close to the metro station, it made getting around DC effortless. Boaz was an exceptional host. He has been incredibly responsive, kind, and available to accommodate every small request. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip to DC!

My wife and I had a great stay! The unit was clean and the bed was comfy! The unit has a mini split ac that works great. Charlotte was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. It's in a trendy area that is very walkable and there are endless options for restaurants, shops, and places to hang out. I stayed over the weekend and was able to snag parking spots within 2 blocks of the unit with a little persistence. If you prefer, the host offers a pretty good deal for parking in a nearby lot. This is a great, affordable option for 1-2 people to stay in one of the best areas of DC!

My fiancé and I only had time to stay in DC for a single night, but I would've loved to stay at Jennifer's listing longer! We didn't really use the kitchen as we just ordered takeout but I loved the open concept basement, I thought it was also really convenient to have a washer/dryer available. Parking was slightly tricky at first but Jennifer responded quickly and was very helpful, after that it was a breeze. Location was ridiculously easy to use public transit to get around anyway. I would absolutely stay here again and I'd recommend Jennifer's place to anyone traveling in DC. Thank you!

We needed somewhere last minute after issues with a previously booked place. Christian was super responsive last minute and through our whole stay. Location was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had a lot of noise with the unit above us at all hours of the night but def wasn’t the host’s fault and he tried to intervene help. Overall it was a good stay!

Place was exactly how it was described, place was clean and loved the location close by to lot of restaurants and grocery stores like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. John was very responsive and helped with the parking situation . Would stay here again

Place was very clean and comfortable. In walking distance to echo stage where we were attending a show. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Free street parking right in front of house was a wonderful bonus! Neighborhood was extremely clean, safe, and quiet. Would definitely stay again if looking for a place in dc!

Owner had used every bit of the space to create a cozy environment. And, I enjoyed being part of the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood.

Fantastic location — close to the U Street precinct, but for enough way to not be disturbed by all of the noise that goes with it. It’s a great space, perfect for two, and a fully equipped kitchen is always welcome. Because it is located underneath a terrace house, it’s a little bit tricky to get into, and there is some noise transmission from the house above. All in all, an excellent value stay!

Tom is a great host and the place is fantastic. Conveniently located so you can walk to many places of interest, and shops/grocery stores, yet peaceful and beautiful. Inside is squeaky clean and pristine. Would stay again next time!

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

This is a wonderful airbnb! It'a in a great location, it's attached to a simply beatiful home and is a great little apartment. I loved my stay

Great place and great host. Close to the silver, orange and blue lines. The place was really clean and very good deal for the area. Bonus perk was the onsite convenience store that also had really great prices. If you’re sensitive to temperature and like control, I might recommend another place since the building’s temperature controls are centrally managed. Well worth the price, and would certainly stay with Saber again!

This place was great. Nice amenities like a dishwasher, coffee pot with grinder, garbage disposal, etc. Some of these things most folks to put in their rental unit so that was appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting D.C.! The location was great and place was very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

We used Arsham's place as a home base for our trip to the area. Very easy to travel into DC for all the sites (Metro was only a few blocks away) as well as exploring Arlington and Alexandria. The space was comfortable and quiet. Our girls loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the sites of the neighborhood!
