My boyfriend and I stayed at Skye's place for vacation for two weeks and we absolutely loved every bit of our stay. We felt right at home and we definitely will be booking again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The clean beds and linens, along with the well-equipped kitchen utensils, truly brightened our experience. Thank you so much! Points of Concern: Due to construction on the Purple Line, the road in front of the house turned into a gravel path, which became muddy on rainy days. Additionally, the noise from construction early in the morning was somewhat noticeable. We stayed on the ground floor, and at times, we could hear voices from the basement occupants late at night. It felt like further soundproofing measures might be needed.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The space was cozy and comfortable, extra bedding and towels were easily available and the kitchen was well stocked. Having access to so many extras in the kitchen (spices, hot cocoa, cooking oils, eggs, milk and more!) was super helpful and made our stay even easier. We loved the little fire pit in the back and celebrated our last night by making s’mores. Great location and great price! We were very happy.

We had a great time and the house was a nice place to get away to after spending the days sight-seeing. The whole place was very clean and neat. Shewaye was communicative and very responsive to questions.

Amazing stay at this rental! Clean, perfect size accurate description! Would definitely stay again. The only issue was the weather was extremely nice and there were people in the surrounding area outside till very late blasting music until the police arrived to break up the commotion.

I had a wonderful stay here at this lovely house! Everything was very clean. Raquel and her team make sure we had all the information we needed from check in to checkout. They were quick on communication and very kind for them to check out late. I recommend this place to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Lea’s home. We traveled with a 7 and 3 year old and we really appreciated the family friendly amenities, games and toys. She also made you feel right at home with a welcoming message and snacks for the family. We also appreciated the park and playground that was right behind the house- the kids loved that. She provided metro cards to use, which was great. Metro was about a 15 minute walk from the location and it was near a shopping center and many restaurants. Definitely recommend !

Blair's place is exactly as described. It's just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with easy parking on the side of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and the space is clean, with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Even though Blair and Nadia weren’t in DC during my visit, they were very responsive, and their friend Karen was super helpful.

Jude and Davida are the kind of hosts you hope to get. Responsive, friendly, informative and just a pleasure to speak with. One small issue that I'm sure they weren't aware of was quickly resolved without a qualm. We've stayed in a number of Airbnb rentals over the past few years in the DC area. Theirs was the most comfortable, quietest, with a well stock kitchen, which was important for us as we stayed for 3 weeks. Parking was never an issue as we always found a spot on the street near the apartment. And Jude volunteered to get the necessary parking permit issued by DC to avoid those pesky parking tickets. We can say that we have stopped looking for accommodations in DC as this place will always be first on our list.

I took my wife to Washington DC for her birthday and chose to stay at this Airbnb. It was fantastic, super clean super quiet super easy parking. You do hear some walking around upstairs, but nothing crazy super quiet family. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Thanks you so much for this amazing trip.

We stayed at Sherry’s place to see the cherry blossoms in April. Everything was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Sherry also gave great recommendations that really enhanced our visit! Would definitely come back!

Janisha’s place was in a great location. We enjoyed the ease of getting around by walking, biking or scootering. Janisha’s place was clean with modern appliances and bathroom. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable. We experienced some issues with the HVAC, but Janisha’s was responsive to answer our questions and concerns. We used DC Scooters while we were there which was convenient and made it extremely easy to get down to the monuments and around the mall. We also went to a Wizards game and visited a couple local bars and Janisha’s place made it convenient to walk to everything. There was some noise from construction down the street, but that was to be expected. Overall I would stay at Janisha’s place again.

Lovely, cozy, well designed space. Nadia has put thoughtful touches everywhere. Coffee and tea assortments, fresh ice, etc. Highly recommend this host and space.

Ken and Denise provided a warm, comfortable, inviting place with lots of thoughtful extras to make our stay very relaxing. There was an assortment of snacks on the kitchen table, an assortment of cereals on the counter, coffee, creamer etc., paper plates, napkins etc. for a picnic, even a handy flashlight on the nightstand for those middle-of-the-night trips to the bathroom. The bed and all the furnishings were comfortable and inviting. They have thought of everything you might need.

Phil's house was a home away from home. He was warm, friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable. We were able to walk to the AU campus and also enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms around. Phil's breakfast is legendary with cut fruits and a wide variety of options that he freshly prepares in front of you with great love. Would absolutely stay here again.

The host was super welcoming both Natalie & her mother! Beautiful personalties. The whole backyard was beautiful! She had wonderful plants. Felt like eating in a garden. I ordered just snacks for dinner after paying bills, and instead of me eating just the snacks, she made me dinner. Soooo good. The bed was comfortable! Bathroom clean, towels clean. The room smelled good. The view from the window is awesome. I slept good. I sleep on my couch at home and gave my boys the rooms, so the bed was so comforting. Her home was clean; lots of windows and good lighting. I wish I got to see Bambi but maybe next time lol. There were cute chocolates, tv had everything including YouTube. There was plenty of space as well. One thing about Natalie’s mom we had a great conversation plan on having another one. Natalie is talented, free spirited, and such a breath of fresh air. Mom was as well. Enlightening comforting experience! Thank you. I would recommend.

Marsha and Odin are absolutely wonderful hosts! And the Cozy Cottage is just lovely. It is the perfect location for anyone going to an event at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Thank you, Marsha, for your gracious hospitality! I very much enjoyed chatting with you! And I love Odin soooo much! I’m not sure if he was supposed to have it, but I found it so endearing when he brought a shoe over to show me 🥰😂 I will absolutely check for availability here for my next trip to Annapolis!

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my maternity photoshoot! The space was spotless and radiated such positive energy—it felt like it was made for creating beautiful memories. It had everything I envisioned and more. Lindy, the host, was fantastic—kind and attentive to every detail. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming space with amazing vibes, this is the one.

We loved staying at Gary's BNB! The interior of the building is beautiful, styled like a period piece with Sinatra playing on a record player. We chatted with Gary in person several times and he was very friendly and helpful. Lovely common space, awesome residential area that is also near some fun restaurants and grocery stores. Would def stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Swann House -- great location, very thoughtfully appointed & breakfast was lovely too!

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)

Beautiful home, friendly hosts, and a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the staycation! Also, Dr. Ken’s book was beautifully written, finished it in one sitting, great read! We agreed that our favorite parts of our trip were the breakfasts where we enjoyed the food & briefly chatted with Dr. Ken. Good talks & times!
