Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

This Airbnb was perfect for our weekend stay! The location was excellent, the home was clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It comfortably accommodated our large group, providing plenty of space for everyone. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and everything was exactly as advertised. If you're traveling with a larger group, I highly recommend this place!

We’re so glad we found Brandon’s place! We needed somewhere nearby while our home was being renovated, and this spot was perfect. We were especially grateful it was pet-friendly—our pups loved the daily walks at Patterson Park! It was also a treat to explore some new local restaurants. The space felt safe, cozy, and welcoming. Brandon was a great host—super responsive and kind. We’d definitely come back or recommend it to friends and family!

Michael's house was a great spot for visiting DC. The nearby metro was very convenient to get to the capital mall and onsite parking was helpful for us driving in from North Carolina. The home is smallish (as is normal in that part of the city) but the space is well designed and was plenty comfortable for our family of 4. The cherry tree in front of the house was also in full bloom and made the home one of the prettiest on the block. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband, two teenage sons and I were in D.C. for sightseeing. This was the perfect home base: in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants and amenities and just a short walk to the Metro stop. It was quick and easy to get anywhere we needed to go in the city. The house itself was bright, thoughtfully designed, and full of interesting books and artwork. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, blackout shades, and outdoor spaces, while our sons' stays were made more interesting by the fishtank in one bedroom and the unique challenge of getting up the stairs into the other! Even big kids like my 16-year-old enjoyed the ball pit and LEGO blocks! Thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope we'll be able to return!

This is a beautiful place on a canal i didn’t even know existed in DC. Even with the canal empty of water, which does reduce the charm a bit, it’s still very charming and the location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Georgetown, but manages to be quite quiet. 2 blocks from the river and about a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial end of the mall. Closest metro stop is foggy bottom, about a 15 minute walk. Uber never took more than 3-5 minutes to arrive. We used all of these ways of getting around. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 8 and 12. The two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathrooms. We didn’t use the outdoor area at all since it’s in the alley behind the property, but it’s nicely set up. Kitchen had ask the basics for us to have most of our meals at home, but the sushi restaurant next door (!) and Il Canale, an Italian restaurant about 100 feet from our door around the corner, both gave us great meals too.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The location was really nice - close to the National Mall, near two Metro rail stations and on Metro bus lines, plus easy to get to trails. We had a lot of tourism things planned every day and it was easy to get where we need to thanks to being close to downtown DC to begin with. We were able to easily take Metro everywhere we needed to. The place worked out very well for us so that our kids were able to have their own bed and their own room and we could spread out with lots of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the utilities worked well in the house. Considering we were near downtown DC and in an urban environment, the place was fairly quiet except for the usual and expected street noise. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was simple to get into the house and we felt safe while there. AJ was great at communication and the communication and instructions were great (we didn't need any additional help during our stay).

The unit is very nice. Up to date. The full Kitchen, 2 seperate bedrooms and additional sleeping on couch/pullouts are great values, especially so close to Camden yards and M&T Bank stadium. The added bonus of off street parking directly across from the unit entrance (rear of townhouse) was wonderful! As mentioned, be prepared for steep steps up to a bedroom and additional living room and only bathroom. There is a railing and we had no troubles-just be aware. Additionally, the beds are low-platform with mattress only. Marco is a great host and would recommend this unit to all!

It was a good vacation, the house was cozy in good condition, comfortable, the bed was very good for me, I slept quite similar to my bed so I really liked that part. I just wanted you to take into account that large families like mine, which was 6 members, found the bath soap short, but for the rest I was 100% comfortable and happy to have been there and the city was beautiful. I recommend everyone to visit it and stay here.

A small group stayed here in order to attend a conference at the Washington Convention Center. And the house was perfect. It was near lots of eating options. We used the three separate bedrooms. We appreciated having the dining room as space to work in the evening. And it was an easy walk to the metro and a quick ride to the convention center. It was just what we needed. Thank you!

This place was surprisingly amazing! I didn’t expect the house to have 3 levels. Also, the touches and aesthetics were so beautiful. When I go back to Baltimore I will book this place. My sibling kept saying “this is the best AirBNB I’ve been in, thank you bro for getting this.” That warmed my heart. Also, Lashaia’s thoughtfulness and hospitality was above and beyond. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Devon’s! Devon is a helpful and communicative host, and the written booklet for the Airbnb was very helpful. Both beds are really comfortable with good mattresses, the furnishings are attractive, and the place is spotlessly clean. The location is right near the beautiful Patterson Park.

A fantastic spot to unwind and experience Annapolis! It was wonderful to put the kids to bed upstairs and have a cozy space downstairs to relax. The home had everything we needed to cook meals and make the most of our vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot and exactly as described. 2nd bedroom has no door and is in your bath from the primary bedroom to the bathroom. Was a minor inconvenience and something I missed on the description, but a minor inconvenience. Again amazing place and location.

Sparkling clean apartment and great location. We were traveling with our adult son, so it was really great to have two full bathrooms. The deck was our favorite part of the apartment. Please note that it is a basement apartment... and there aren't many windows. We had fun exploring the restaurants - ate delicious Mexican and El Salavadoran food, and loved Elle Bakery.

Brendan is a great host. This place is very comfortable. Everything in the listing is accurate. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. We would look for Brendan's properties anytime we need a place

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!

It was a very peaceful area , Ronald was very thoughtful to detail with all the amenities. I would recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. I had a lovely stay.
