Looks exactly like the photo on higher level overlooking pool on the balcony, very clean and bright with natural light. Sue was helpful, easy communication and responsive.

I had a great experience at this place . With some beautiful memories . The place is too good for family and friends. And Mr pip is very nice guy best host i ever met till yet. Helpful and kind😊

A beautiful villa with all details, far away from a standard villa. We stay four times and come back for sure. A quiet relaxed place, clean and anything what can imagine is there. Only wow from our side

Host was friendly and helpful. Accommodatiin was top notch, just like the photos. Cleaning staff were thorough. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen, aircon great. The location was ideal as we rented mopeds and so easy ride into jomtien etc. Walking distance to local beach and plenty if restaurants. We stayed a month and loved every minute. Getting a taxi pick was sometimes challenging but usually turned up. Would highly recommend. Our family and friends loved the villa. Great tv too.

This is a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool, deck, and yard. The living spaces were very clean and family-friendly with lots of open spaces. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Talo vastasi odotuksia erinomaisesti, sijainti lähellä golfkenttää (ja liuta muita kenttiä lyhyen ajomatkan päässä). Talossa kaksi makuuhuonetta, olohuone ja perusvarusteltu keittiö (yksinkertainen) , joten sopii esim. kahdelle pariskunnalle, jotka hakevat helppoa sijaintia klubin lähellä. Klubille n. 700 m matka ja siellä mm. ravintola. Muut ravintolat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Taksikyydit helposti saatavilla, pesulapalvelut toimivat ja edulliset. Omistajan lähituki erinomaista, hän vastasi nopeasti jos tuli jotain selvitettävää, hyvin ystävällinen. KIITOS KAIKKIEN PUOLESTA!

Приехали в июне 2015г с женой и внуком(3 человека), говорят в сезон дождей .Дождей практически за 12 дней было 3 раза и то ночью,очень жарко,хотя днем бывало пасмурно но умудрились сгореть (очень осторожно). Константин организовал трансфер из аэропорта .Нас встретили в аэропорту( спасибо водителю и нашему гиду Диме) доставили до места. Константин (хозяин) нас встретил гостеприимно,проводил в дом ,чего не хватало все тут же было . Дом в котором нас поселили был просто замечательным (3 этажа, 3 спальни, все удобства(стиральная машина ) огромный холл,кухня (можно готовить самим или на "Тук-Тук" ездить обедать или ужинать в городе ) Хотя до этого мы бронировали квартиру, для нас это конечно был подарок.Так получилось что квартира была занята,но даже это к лучшему. Квартира тоже очень хорошая ,но гораздо меньше. Очень тихо,море рядом,хороший чистый бассейн . Если едете с ребенком то там ему не будет скучно ,много детей русских, можно отпускать по территории гулять(все охраняется,чужой не пройдет).Экскурсии можно заказать везде в городе (мы обращались к Диме и он нас возил куда захотим, естественно за "баты" ). Все недорого,фрукты на каждом углу.Очень вкусно кормят на рыбном рынке не далеко от коттеджа,3 остановки на "Тук-Тук" Вообщем наверное на следующий год тоже туда и компашкой..

Erittäin onnistunut neljän viikon loma perheen kanssa. Joka huoneessa oma ilmalämpöpumppu. Tullaan ehkä uudelleen ensi vuonna!

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

dominik place is in perfect location, 10mn access via highway to jomtien beach and its restaurants, no traffic like in the center, and 10 golf courses within 20mn. we enjoy cozy open living room, very quiet area and the jacuzzi to relax! appreciate a lot the daily cleaning and the security of the area! will definetelly come back..and also a big thank for being pet friendly!

It was a very good place to stay and enjoy pattaya. The host is very kind and full of responsibility. House rules are clear and very understandable. Worth it and extremely close to jomtieng beach which is calm and chill location.

Well worth the money

Wij hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad in het verblijf van Alexandra. Het is een heerlijk huis en alles was perfect in orde! Het is ontzettend groot en was van alles voorzien. Ik zou dit verblijf iedereen aanraden. Voor ons als groep van 12 zonder auto was de locatie niet ideaal aangezien je wel bijna altijd even met de taxi moet rijden voor je ergens bent. Die zijn er genoeg en dit ging ook ontzettend makkelijk dus dit was voor ons geen probleem. Alles is aanwezig wat nodig is, zelfs een voorraad water wat heel prettig was. Sommige bedden kraken wat erg maar ze liggen erg comfortabel. Al met al een heerlijke tijd gehad! Een perfect verblijf voor een grote groep!
