Ban Fang : locations de vacances

Host was very welcoming, super friendly and could speak english very well. She had recommended a lot of eateries near the area. The room was very comfortable with TV, fridge and kettle provided. Own ensuite bathroom. It was a good stay for 6 weeks duration not far from Khon Kaen University as I had some work attached to the hospital. A lot cafes, coffee shops and street food surrounding the area. There are also a lot of laundry that open 24 hours. Recommended for singles or couples to stay. It felt almost like at home. Great place and host!

I had really good experiences here. Staffs are kind and friendly 🥰 I came here alone, but I never felt lonely. I’m sure I will come and stay here again. Next time I would like to stay the hotel that same owner built in front of this apartment. I’m really looking forward to seeing you and your staffs again. Thank you for everything.

This is a great place to stay in Khon Kaen. The building may feel a bit old, but the interior is very clean and nice. It’s also convenient to take a taxi to nearby markets and attractions. I would love to stay here again next time.

La communication a été fluide et vos conseils sur le quartier ont été très utiles. Je recommande vivement ce logement et serai ravi d’y séjourner à nouveau lors de ma prochaine visite.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arick et Winai. Leur emplacement est idéal pour decouvir l’arrière pays de khon kaen. Arick et Winai sont de très bon conseil pour découvrir les alentours. Nous avions une voiture de location ce qui nous a permis de rayonner aux alentours (musée des dinosaures, caverne aux chauves souris, ...). En revenant nous pouvions profiter de la piscine magnifique et des couchers de soleil. Il y a un petit restaurant très bon dans le village juste a coté et une supérette tesco tres bien fournie a qques kilomètres. Nous avons dormi avec nos 2 enfants. Le bungalow est plutôt fait pour 2 personnes mais Arick et Winai nous ont fourni un matelas pour les enfants et nous avons tous tres bien dormi.

It was a very simple and easy place to stay for a couple days stopping through town. It can be a little noisy with the train station nearby, but I believe that it’s hard to avoid that anywhere downtown Khon Kaen. Very nice little loft all to myself

The hospitality and generosity of this family was unbelievable. I loved the pre loved hello Kitty themed bedroom and bathroom. This is a homestay and not for those who expect pristine surfaces and clean edges and all the mod cons. In saying that I had access to wifi, a hot shower and a separate living area. The family are very involved in local public health and community well being, there are some lovely sights to visit. They have 4 cute French Bulldogs. I enjoyed a couple of home cooked meals with organic produce from the beautiful and productive home gardens. Gay, the daughter, took me out to see sights at night and was able to share insights into this city and culture. She had also spent time in Australia and the States- which meant that she understood the perceived quirks of foreign visitors and could translate for me. She is the embodiment of Hello Kitty!! I loved this experience and recommend it highly to those who don’t want to do the typical apartment/ hotel thing.
