Beautiful villa. The place was SPOTLESS! Fully equipped kitchen too! Pictures are exactly as the property. Local tea and ice-cream men come around with is really nice. The pool is fun. They have a jbl boom box which allows you to create a nice vibe by the pool. Late night snooker...and a small bbq...the place is perfect for families or friends. The hosts are amazing too. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Just make sure you have your own vehicle as the villa complex is quite isolated. Other than that, its a perfect get away!

Michel was very attentive, he sent a taxi driver to pick us up at the airport, we had welcome fruit and although for long stays you have to pay the cost of electricity (if you exceed a set consumption) we did not have to pay anything because we did not go over. The area is very quiet, there is no annoying noise and you can enjoy the singing of very diverse birds. A vehicle is necessary (or taxi, which costs about €3 per trip to the center of Hua Hin) to go to the supermarket, beach, etc. although there is a 7/11, some food stalls and good restaurants nearby. Almost every day someone comes to take care of the garden or the pool at some point during the day. In the garden there are coconuts, papayas, etc. and security at night. Stayed at Nets place for 12 nights. Very private and the view is amazing. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the air conditioning is cold. I would definitely recommend staying here.

bien, bâtiment moins bien en vrai que sur la photo, sinon tout était parfait! l'arrivée un peu difficile car nous sommes arrivés par les petites rues derrière, de nuit à pied et c'était pas simple à trouver sinon très paisible et calme je recommande vivement

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Atmosphäre! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein, es gibt leider keine Herdplatte oder Kochtöpfe, was das Kochen etwas einschränkt. Ansonsten aber eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

I'll start with the cons, because there aren't many of them: - the internet is not very fast and also blocks several sites, it was fine to work, but watching movies on the laptop was difficult; - the TV definitely needs an update, it is small, without smart TV, and even just watching TV channels on a scratched screen turns into torture; - there is nothing around except two expensive restaurants and one store without alcohol (because it is at a gas station), but this is obvious when booking, so it is highly recommended to rent a vehicle. Now the pros: - very clean apartment, good water pressure from the shower, nice bed linen, comfortable long pillow and several towels to choose from; - condo is really good, pool is big and empty, but very clean, good gym and friendly stuff; - you can easily order a food delivery from apps; - condo almost empty, so there was no noises around; - two AC do a great job; - big and empty beach; - and, of course, the owner is super friendly!

Magne place was perfect for our needs. It is within 10 minutes walk of the beach, has its own pool for the kids and has all the amenities you need within easy reach. It feels like home. We would certainly book it again. Thank you Magne.

Wir waren sieben Wochen zu Gast in dieser kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung. Da wir es nur als Station für unsere Rundreisen gebraucht haben, war die Größe ausreichend. Martin ist ein super Gastgeber, den man stets erreicht hat. Aber bis auf Buchung, Ein- & Auschecken war kein Kontakt notwendig. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und Fitnessanlage. Businessraum und alles was man braucht. Wir hatten schöne Ferien und können das Lumpini bedenkenlos empfehlen. Einzig das Bett ist etwas hart und etwas schmal, aber Thailändische Standard. Also auch das in Ordnung. Gerne wieder 🥰🌸
