We spent a few nights at Cosy Sea View Hut and felt incredibly lucky from the moment we arrived. Due to a double-booking, Narsaraet kindly upgraded us to the super bungalow—such an amazing surprise! The house was huge and right on the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean felt magical, like sleeping on the beach but with the comfort of a cozy bed. Surrounded by nature, this part of the island has a national park, so it’s still untouched. We saw many birds and even some shy monkeys. The beach was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful—perfect for escaping the island’s hectic energy. Narsaraet was an incredible host, responding quickly and organizing everything for us, including a rental bike to explore Chaloklum, a nearby fishing town. I’ve never had such a friendly and efficient hosting experience! Don't forget your snorkel—the beach is full of corals and fish! 🐠🌊

Outstanding host with a great staff. Walking distance to a great beach. The on-site restaurant was the best. All the dishes I tried were delicious. I will return back to Jin's when I visit Koh Samui again.

Me ha sorprendido bastante que no tenga mejores críticas. No me parece justo. Calidad/Precio fenomenal. El hotel es un resort a pie de playa. Desayuno incluido limpieza diaria si la deseas. En mi caso, baño en la habitación y vistas al mar. Todo adecuado. Recomiendo solicitar el servicio de recogida de taxi en el muelle con el hotel. Es más barato que el recorrido con las Vans y no tienes estrés de negociar con los conductores de dichos colectivos. También he comprado el billete de ferry a otro isla. Mismo precio que en taquilla y comodísimo. La ubicación es muy tranquila, al norte de la isla. Recomiendo a cualquier viajero este hotel :)

Host is friendly and helpful, suite is very roomy and nice and private located. The most amazing thing — great view from convenient terrace. There is cute private beach 2 minutes down the suite as big advantage of a place. You need motorbike or car if you want to explore surroundings.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. Direkter Strandzugang einmal über die Straße. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Wohnen, dort wo andere einen Ausflug hin machen. Direkt neben dem Lad Koh Aussichtspunkt mit phantastischem Blick über die Bucht von Chaweng. Die Bungalows liegen direkt am Meer, nichts versperrt die Aussicht. Einfach unbeschreiblich. Wie heißt es bei Immobilien immer so schön: Lage, Lage, Lage. Die ganze Anlage ist gepflegt. Viel Grün. Die Räumlichkeiten waren genau so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel (Boxspringbett). Greinigt wurde jeden Tag. Immer frische Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Duschtücher für Bad und Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat, wird dieser sofort erfüllt. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Hier kann man schön sitzen, natürlich auch mit Blick auf's Meer. Die Karte ist italienisch angehaucht. Die Gerichte schmecken vorzüglich. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Rollervermietung. Dort kann man auch ein Taxi buchen. Sehr zuverlässig und man muss keine Angst haben, abgezockt zu werden.

Wow, loved my stay here!! Perfect location to enjoy everything the Bays has to offer, friendly staff, killer accommodations and although there’s no gym, trust me, you won’t need one😉😉 if you know you know🙃

We stayed two weeks in Vladimir's place. The house located about 10-15 walking distance from the fisherman's village. You have great Thai restaurant around (check Faro), 7/11 across the street, ATM, taxi stop and everything that you need. It was exactly like in the pictures, clean. The communication was great and things were fixed quickly when needed. We could enjoy the area but also have our privacy in quiet place :)

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Pier so dass sie schnell zu erreichen ist. Auch ein 7-Eleven ist in der Nähe. Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr lieb und das Einchecken sowie das Auschecken hat schnell funktioniert. Sie hat uns auch weitergeholfen als wir ein Taxi benötigen. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber. Auch das Bett war angenehm. Die Straße nebenan hat uns nicht sehr gestört, da sie nicht sehr viel befahren war. Wenn jedoch Parties in der Nähe sind hört man die Musik davon. Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert :))

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Ich kann die Unterkunft komplett empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft schön! Sowohl die Anlage, als auch die Zimmer selber. Zwar war noch die Baustelle in vollem Gange, diese hat man aber kaum mitbekommen. Die Zimmer waren minimalistisch, aber sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Einmal hatten wir Stromausfall, dafür hat man sich aber mit einem frischen Obstteller entschuldigt. Das Personal vor Ort war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, man kam abends immer gern zurück in die Unterkunft. Der Pool mit dem Blick aufs Meer war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist tatsächlich, dass es etwas außerhalb liegt, allerdings besteht fußläufig die Möglichkeit sich einen Roller zu mieten und auch das Personal kümmert sich, wenn man ein Taxi haben möchte. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen und bedanken uns für diesen tollen Service und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt, den wir hier hatten!

Es war toll! Schönes Ambiente, gut gelegen direkt an der Hauptstraße trotzdem ruhige Lage und nicht laut. Super pool direkt vor dem Balkon. Waren zu früh da zum enichecken, hat trotzdem schnell reagiert und Personal geschickt was uns ins Zimmer gebracht hat. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert!

tres bel endroit pour des vacances paisibles , un accueil chaleureux, le personnel toujours souriant et attentionné. c est proche de quelques excursions. la chambre très vaste et confortable. tout était parfait. merci à The Siam Residence.

The room is located conveniently right outside Thong Sala. The room was clean, cool and large. The host did a great job communicating with me when I had to adjust my checkin/checkout. I would stay here again!

On is a great host taking care of his guests with clear and detailed instructions. He was really quick in responding and helpful in all additional matters we requested, such as beach towels and additional toilet paper.

We had a great stay in this house! As two couples we had perfect privacy since one bedroom is located in a small separated house right in front of the living room. Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfy and Jana was super responsive, and helped even in the late evening. She also provided contact for motorbike rental and taxi service. Thanks a lot!

Everything was nice. Noppadon is a very hospitable host and a nice person. Swimming pool overlooking the sea. I would gladly stay again. Thank you.
