We all travel a lot and have stayed in some amazing places throughout the world. Kevin’s place and Kevin himself were absolutely at the top of our experiences. We have never received such welcoming and accommodating hospitality as well as so many amenities provided in the home for us. The place is simply phenomenal inside - out . The salt water swimming pool is amazing. All the decorations in the home were amazing… the home itself was extraordinary. The neighbourhood as quiet as it could ever have been, there are joyful dogs and cats that will play around the property and on the beach and be your friends. There is a beautiful bar right next door (~50m) with great service and great drinks. The house has everything you need. All in all it is a dream Airbnb.

We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! :) We had a truly wonderful time at this villa! It’s without a doubt a special place, especially with that incredible view. Dave and his wife, Nueng, are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home. Dave provides all the helpful information you need before and during your stay and is very responsive. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy being hosts. The airport pick-up is a fantastic convenience, with an easy check-in and a quick tour to get you settled. The villa was spotless and stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location and views are fantastic! The tranquility, birds singing, and the infinity pool with a coconut cocktail—all to yourself! There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, but we opted for takeout(from Baanlamom Thaifood restaurant) and enjoyed the villa’s view.

Wir wurden von Sarah und ihrem Mann herzlich empfangen. Alles war wie beschrieben, wie auf den Fotos und entsprechende Services. Die Unterkunft war sauber, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall!!

Das Air bnb ist wirklich richtig toll. Es ist zentral aber dennoch nicht direkt in Rummel so das man schön entspannen kann und seine Ruhe hat. Man hat noch einen eigenen Balkon den man auf Fotos nicht ganz erkennt, sehr entspannt und tolle Aussicht. Za war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat uns noch Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Allgemein hat sie alles getan damit wir uns wohl fühlen können. Super Air bnb 🙏🏻🥰

The stay exceeded all expectations – even better than the pictures! The entire place was spotless: inside, outside, and the pool area. The bed was very comfortable, and we felt safe and right at home from the start. The location is quiet and peaceful, set back from the street, which made it perfect for relaxing. Having a private garage for our scooter was a big plus. Communication with the hosts was excellent – we had a group chat via a well-known messaging app, which made everything super easy and well-organized. Every request was responded to quickly and kindly. Electricity and water are charged separately, but the rates were totally fair and transparent. The place was cleaned once a week, with fresh bed linens and towels provided, which we really appreciated. We truly have nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone – and would love to come back ourselves!

What a beautiful villa. Yes it is I. The middle of a construction site but was pre warned and the price reflected this. Not a single complaint from myself and family, including a 9 year old. A little difficult for local taxis to find but ok if you drop a pin. I would definitely go back! Very private.

Max met up with us to get us checked in. Then he showed me everything I needed to know about the room and recommended some nearby restaurants. Communication was always fast and he also checked up on me if I needed anything afterwards. The little extras he provided was a nice touch. Great view of the beach and nice quiet area. Great host and would stay again.
