wow just wow. best Airbnb experience I've ever had. friendliest and warmest people that truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you want and more than what you even ask for! from endless supply of coconuts, putting in a new bed, getting a TV, and even making a contraption from scratch for me to keep to get coconut water easily from the coconuts. they are always looking to improve. a visit to this Airbnb is an experience in itself. a big reason to visit samal island is just to stay here. solar powered, bathtub, amazing pool. just wow. I stayed for a couple of weeks and I didn't even some famous places of the island because it was just so cozy to stay at the Airbnb. looking forward to come back soon. Arno is so interesting and smart. Carmel is so caring and makes amazing food. I specifically eat a rare diet (raw vegan) and Carmel was able to great new dishes I've never even thought of. Erik and PG were also amazing guys that really looked after me as well. love you all

We only stayed there for 1 night with our family before flying back overseas since it’s only about 5 mins from the airport. For the span of time that we stayed there it was definitely great when you have a flight the next day, not sure about staying longer because it was hot and the fan that was provided barely helpful, unless you just want to stay in the room. They have 4 rooms total, unfortunately one room doesn’t have any AC and it’s impossible for someone to sleep there comfortably. It would also be nice if the bathroom can be more cleaner than what it was, there was no tissue paper. And hoping you can provide a better, cleaner towels. Overall it was great if mainly your reason just to stay for the night before your flight.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

The place was spacious and has a private parking lot. Jane’s place is safe and comfortable the problem is only one room has AC and there’s no towels provided. I ended up up going to the mall to buy a towels for my family. The house wasn’t ready for check-in once we arrived. Which was disappointing!

We had a fantastic stay at this place. the place was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Its location was easy to find, making it super convenient for getting around. On top of that, it was very affordable, offering great value for the price. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience!

My family and I had a blast stay during our vacation in Davao. The house is very comfy and clean. All furnitures are aesthetically pleasing and the garden is truly relaxing. The host even recommended a nice local tour guide that accommodates us all throughout our travel.

I was so pleased with the stay. it wasa great value at about 1\3 the price we pay at a hotel. we live in tagum so we know we got the best Airbnb in town at this price range. fantastic value. super kind host that let us check out late. highly recommended

Cons: No mirror outside of t&b, shower heater does not work, and a few minor negligible nit-picks. PROs: EVERYTHING ELSE! Don't hesitate to book this if you want a good experience. A few things to note is the complete kitchen, loft, 3 bedrooms, ample space outside, inside the gate parking, accommodating caretaker, quiet neighborhood, and a lot of other things. Like I said, everything else.

Great place to stay for large group. The place was nice,clean and quiet since it is isolated and a bit far from city center (be sure to buy everything you need). It is nearby also to beautiful beaches. The dogs are problem as well. We got to take care of our trashes many times but the dogs kept it scattered and they know how to open the gate even though it was locked. Luckily we haven’t experienced blackout during our stay and overall we were all satisfied.

The place was easy to find and very convenient. It made our trip to the airport very easy. It accomodated all of us and the beds were very comfortable.

We were there for a work trip and Maryrose's place had what we need. It's really new and it could fit more people (if you don't mind having just 1 bathroom). The home interior was also well designed. It's bright and welcoming. We loved that there was an airconditioner in the living room too.

Adam was very responsive and accommodating for my family and I during our stay in Tagum. The home is very spacious with everything that we needed and the care taker was kind and friendly. The area is busy like any other city but not as busy as the main areas where the malls are. And with the home being enclosed with a wall and gate you get a sense of privacy. Tagum is a great center point for exploring the east side of Mindanao. You can take days trips to the south and visit Mati, or go up north and see the enchanted river. All under a tank of gas. I would stay at Adam’s place again.

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .
