We had an amazing experience and the place exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and had such a cozy vibe. Highly recommended!

This villa exceeded all our expectations! The oceanfront location is absolutely stunning - waking up to sunrise views over the sea was magical, and having private access to the ocean via stairs was incredible. The home is immaculately clean and perfectly laid out for large groups. With multiple bathrooms and showers, our family of 8 never felt cramped, and there was room for even more guests. The host was exceptional - incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by helping us arrange local tours, including land tours and island hopping with trusted local guides. This personal touch really enhanced our stay. The amenities were superb, and having the ocean as our backyard was an unforgettable experience. Perfect for anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-located property with outstanding hospitality. They even cleaned the place during our stay, which was much appreciated because we were able to come back to a pristine place after being out and about. Would highly recommend!

The place was great! It fulfilled my expectations of the place and the house was clean. It made our stay in the city, wonderful. The hosts were also very accommodating and friendly. Fast repliers as well.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Lage. Das Sofa ist allerdings nicht mehr zu gebrauchen und auch sonst brauch die Wohnung eine Sanierung. Lou hat mir versprochen alles zu renovieren bevor sie die Wohnung wieder anbietet. Sonst denke ich kann man für den Preis nichts anderes erwarten. War trotzdem alles gut, weil die Kommunikation gut war und sie zuvorkommend war.

The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. The place is so cozy, what you see from the photos are all true. We truly enjoyed our stay plus the owner is very responsive. all you need to bring is your essentials. What I like the best is the kitchen and the very comfortable bed. Truly a must try place 💖

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Nice place with free access to the beach resort. The only thing that didn’t work was the wifi but since most of us have data plan, it wasn’t a big deal.

Very nice place to get away and relax. I felt like I was in a resort because Glenn’s hospitality and attention to details was 5 stars. I would definitely come back again. Girlfriend was in love with the place.

Host is always responsive.

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

Host are so responsive, they provide anything you need as long as they can provide. We came for summerfrolic event but it’s a bit far from there, thats why they provide us a motorcycle FOR FREE. They also provide WALKIE TALKIE for easy communication if we do have concerns. Place has strong wifi too. Place is safe and peaceful. In addition, my iPhone was left at their place or I didn’t know where exactly but they follow me to terminal to return it. We are truly grateful for them and surely to recommend. God bless!
