The location was perfect. They have a laundry facility and a convenience store, making it easy to shop whenever you need to buy something. The amenities were as described, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

If you want to stay in this Seawind Condominium unit look no further. You have found the best location, which is well-maintained. I have rented several other units to varying degrees of disappointment. Laisa's unit was exactly how it was described and the washing machine setup was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

everything you need is here, the owner(sir lolo and chef jay) will not treat you only as a guest but most importantly as part of the family on your stay. they're the kindest and the sweetest. over all, the best experience.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I was one of the cleanest places I've stayed with no bugs. Everything was exactly as shown with everything we could need. It was fairly close to some nice waterfront restaurants and close to the Ferry to Samal Island. Checking in would have been very easy, but I made everything difficult because I lost my phone at the airport in the US before I even left. I had my laptop, but I had problems finding wifi, so I had trouble accessing info that would have made it very easy to check in. I stayed in a hotel the first night to get Wifi and access all the info I needed to get in the unit. In case I had any trouble with the keyless entry, they dropped a key at the hotel front desk. They were great and very responsive. All the issues I had were of my own making and wouldn't have been issues, if hadn't lost my phone. There was a store on the property for basics. The pool was great, people were friendly, and the laundry was open 24/7. No complaint

Come to Davao and stay at their clean and comfy home. Maam Haide and Sir Sajid were very accomodating and attentive to all the needs. A super hosts and kindhearted, i strongly recommend to family and friends 😍

We really appreciate this place! this place was like a home away from home for us. we loved that there was a washer in suite. the location of the unit is facing south so it is not very hot during the day. it is also very near to the airport. we also appreciate that there was a gallon of drinking water ready for us when we checked in as it was a super hot day. i would like to recommend a mini oven toaster to warm up bread. and lastly, if you have a vehicle, make sure to contact the host ahead so she can reserve a spot for the pay parking. hoping to stay here again when we come back to davao for a vacation!
