Very convenient place for food. Kuan is a good and very helpful host.

A nice and large place to stay if you a have larger group. There are two toilets, one for the master bed room and living room. Plates and utensils were provided. I went during the cny holidays so there wasn't much traffic or noise. There is a mamak store and 7 11 below if you need things. overall a good place if you have a large group!

Very neat, easy access and less people at the pool prolly coz long holiday n people are out of town. pool is great with water bucket n slide for kids. It was last min booking but self check in was super smooth. Host also very helpful. Recommended.

Sophisticated deco (just like how the pics are displayed). Well separated spaces for different functions for discussion, casual chat, business meeting. More importantly it’s super clean unit for all area. Thanks Dylan for his coordination and responsiveness with our concern during the stay!

We stayed at Alia's place for about 3 months and absolutely loved it. Great location, great place, 24/7 security, wonderful pools, easy access to the local mall. Alia as a hostess is fantastic, always helpful and always responsive. We would love to come back and book with Alia again. 5 stars all aroud!

everything is good, the location is quite nice and easy to find, the room with pool view. easy self check in with clear direction given by the host.
