Convenient location, located right behind lots of massage places and walkable distance to KSL. House is also big enuf to accommodate a lot of people and at least 4 cars inside the car porch area. Great for large gathering.

The property looks exactly like the photos on the listing—spacious and beautifully designed with a modern touch. We were a group of 10, and the space comfortably accommodated us, and even larger groups. The table futsal, mahjong set, swimming pool, and BBQ area were definitely the highlights, providing lots of opportunities for fun, laughter, and bonding. The property was spotless, and the surroundings were peaceful, quiet, and private. We hardly saw anyone other than the occasional security patrol on bikes, which made the experience feel even more secluded. While there’s no convenience store within walking distance, a quick Grab ride took us to a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, and Aeon Shopping Mall was just 20 minutes by car. We had no problem making one trip each day to pick up whatever we needed. One small suggestion for improvement would be to address some minor maintenance issues, like loose bathroom hangers and taps. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and would return to stay.

The location is great, check in is super easy, cleanliness is ok but can be improved. Aircond filter need some cleaning. Plenty of beddings with extra mattress. The house is a bit worn out especially the kitchen cabinet, but overall is still ok. Perfect place for a small family gathering with the pool, bbq place, big living hall, unit can accommodate up to 4 cars parking inside the house. My family really loves the place. For sure will come again in future.

I couldn't have asked for a better staycation! It was the perfect combination of comfort and relaxation. Whether you're looking to escape for a quiet weekend or just need a break from the usual routine, this Airbnb is the perfect retreat. I would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend it to anyone in need of a peaceful getaway.

I had an amazing 3-day, 2-night stay at this place with my big family of 9 adults, 3 toddlers, and 1 infant for the Raya celebration! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just 10 minutes from Woodlands and 10 minutes to Larkin. The check-in & check-out process was very easy, and Joan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The space had all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, ironing essentials, kitchen pots and cutlery, fast Wi-Fi, soap and shampoo, and a cozy environment. The place also provided disposable towels. I especially loved that every room (5 in total) had its own bathroom. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Much better than we imagined. Really love such a big villa with beautiful surroundings. The transportation was convenient and the household was friendly. It was a nice experience was such a reasonable price.

Everything was as described in the listing, all my family members (from young to elderly) were very satisfied with the stay, we will definitely come back to this place again if we were to arrange another family gathering ❤️❤️❤️
