This is the second time I have stayed in one of ivan's listings. Very clean and well furnished place, the building is very modern and has lots of amenities. The host and his team were very helpful, the bed had four pillows and all of them were soft and the second day I contacted them and within 1 hour they came and replaced all the pillows. overall, I really enjoyed the stay and it will be very difficult for me to book with anybody else any time I come to kuala lumpur.

Like the design of the room! The unit is clean clean clean! I like the decorations, the placement of the furniture where it is very convenient. Really feels like home. You will have access to various channels on their smart TV which is a really plus point. They have steamboat foods packed and available at bila-bila mart. It must be nice if could get an additional chair and a mini hotpot to enjoy steamboat at the balcony, after all the balcony is quite spacious too 😜

I enjoyed my stay. House is clean and comfortable. Walkable and accessible. Host is very responsive.

Marveen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

I had a wonderful stay in this comfortable and well-appointed studio. Everything was clean and functional, with modern decor that made the space feel very welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and public transport nearby. The host was responsive and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was an amazing stay . One feature that really stood out was the incredible convenience of access—getting from the car park to the lift and then to the unit was short and easy, making the entire experience so smooth. This thoughtful setup saved us time and effort, especially when carrying luggage. The host was kind, responsive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A special mention for offering us a late check-out, allowing us to enjoy our stay without feeling rushed.

Was a nice little apartment very central to KL Sentral for getting around. Good to have the two bedrooms each with bathroom . Restaurant down stairs was great to eat at. Great that the apartment was on the same floor as the swimming pool which was amazing looking over the city. Recommend staying here.

Nice location for short vacation

Overall great, clean and cosy place, accurate informations on check-in and vicinity eating place. Only disadvantage is the carpark at highest level, for drivers..

Great stay for a month at Suhannas, place was very clean and a great base for exploring KL, working space was great also.

My family had a great time staying at Row’s place. It’s a cosy, clean and beautiful house with all essentials in order, as advertised. The location is great and the host was very helpful (there was a day I called the host in the middle of the night to get help due to the door lock issue and she responded promptly to help us with it, thank you so much!). Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur. It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. Thank you!

Spacious and clean house, and strategic location.

Really great stay here!! Apartment is smart, modern and clean. Brilliant view from the balcony and also really enjoyed our time in the roof top pool which has the most amazing view. The host is very quick to respond and was helpful for our check in and out experience. Would highly recommend and would say here again if we return to KL :)

heel fijn dat een oplossing werd bedacht nadat ik een fout in de boekingsdatum had gemaakt. het appartement heeft een fantastische ligging en is van alle gemakken voorzien. we hebben genoten en komen de volgende keer in KL zeker weer

Die Penthouse Wohnung ist im 33 Stock und man hat die Übersicht über die ganze Stadt. Man ist in der Mitte von allem, kann innerhalb von 5 Min. mit dem Zug in alle Richtungen fahren und die Gegend von KL erforschen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Managerin von Eric hat alles wunderbar geregelt. Danke für alles.
