Nice house, convenient location and big swimming pool

Place is quiet and serene, didn’t see any guests as I went during weekdays. The unit I stayed is renovated, I think it’s rarely occupied as there’s a musky smell. I won’t fault it as it is quite a dated resort. I chose here because of the proximity to the beach and the reasonable price, as well as the fun children pool.

New apartment, new surrounding. The homestay so beautiful and comfortable. Owner was super friendly , easy to communicate and supportive. The place near by to restaurants ، food stall and Mall. Highly recommend. 5*

Perfect location to access one of Desaru beach. Calm and clean water, the morning sunrise time is the best time to explore. The swimming pool is well maintained and beautiful surrounding. My daughters love it. The units are a bit old. Some bad smell when you checked in, not sure when the bad smell coming from. However, a day later, it would be a bit better. Aircon remote control were not working, and only master bedroom aircon was still functioning. We have 3 adults and 2 kids living there. Overall, good value to family stay, great location to beaches and perfect hotel swimming pool, but to be improved/fixed for in-room facilities. Need car to be there, no nearby restaurants. Require 5 minutes drive to Desaru town to get food.

The house is clean and smelled nice,easy and smooth check in & nice view. Great place to stay at Desaru. Recommended.

Very very clean environment, has WiFi, easy instructions to check in. Each room and living room has aircond. Bathrooms have water heaters. All good but parking needs to walk for a bit

Love the stay! It is perfect for big family. The unit is near the lift, clean & spacious. They provided extra foldable tilam. The home is as per ads; minimalist and aesthetic. Owner is very responsive. The pool is quite far as the unit is at level 9. TV got Netflix (homestay account). TLDR, it is worth the price paid.

It was a very lovely stay in this homestay. The location is excellent as there are many shop lots nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool downstairs which is accessible. Overall a very good experience.

The location is great and within close proximity to food establishments and amenities. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

The unit in Willby was new and extremely clean , quiet and well equipped with everything one needs including a Japanese bathroom to dry clothes. I really enjoyed the view and central location for both work and exploration. I felt like a lucky Singaporean. Thanks to the great online and concierge checkin.

It can’t get more perfect than this. Location is central to everything we needed ( under 10 minutes walk to Paragon, Takashimaya) place is everything as he said it would be. Very thankful David let us to check-in much earlier than the time he specified, this allowed my elderly parents to be able to rest faster after our flight. Would definitely book again!

Very clean and tidy, apartment was well maintained with plenty of amenities. Host very proactive and helpful with clear guide and instructions given well ahead of check-in.

The stay was perfectly good. Not far from town all were very easy accessible.But i would like to suggest if host can put a microwave oven instead.

It was a good stay with large group of friends, entertainment provided is more than sufficient, we had fun especially with the karaoke system and table tennis table. Overall it is a wonderful stay for large group.
