I could see the hosts have put alot of intentional thought into making their property family friendly. The kids loved the play areas and pool! loved that there is a shallow pool for the parents to supervise worry-free. the linen was also really clean. The only downside was that there was nothing much in walking distance so you have to drive out (which is fine if you have a car). the towels and pillows were also a little too thin/flat.. but all in all, really a fantastic stay for a large group. the rooms were super interactive for the kiddos as well.

Host was responsive and it was such a lovely stay for me and my family :-) The bbq grill outside was a plus and we all really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We would love to extend our stay, but we have other plans. We encountered a couple of roaches during our time, which might be due to the area rather than the cleanliness of the house. Anyway, a 5-star for me!

The place is very clean and organised, even exceed expectations. Very suitable for a trip with big family. Definitely worth the price 💯

Clean and well equiped. Air conditioners a bit old but still functioning. A pleasant place to stay.

Great place to stay. High end technologies used for the kitchen. It just that the security guard company there need to have a proper system. For example, they can use a laminated A4 paper for the guest so that we doesn't have to open the window everytime we pass the guardhouse. Even we want to go out from the Taman Maris also need to open the window and state that where we want to go.

Had a great stay with my family. Location was good as it was about 10 minutes drive to the Adventure Waterpark and restaurants. Yuki was very friendly and helpful!

The house feels like home! Near to the tolls and many more attractions! House was clean and easy to find. They provided aircond for each room! We had an amazing stay here!

The place was great! Location wise to attractions, to food places, to the highway all very convenient. The place looked clean and modern. Great for a short break! Will definitely recommend this place!

All good, responsive and great host. She even offered to pay for bath soap delivery by grab rider when I thought it's missing (it's not). It was a great stay in a good location and go to desaru public beach if you happened to visit here.

Great responsive host with clear instructions given. Nice and cosy apartment with all the necessary amenities provided. For those heading to Desaru and driving, this is a great location to go for as there are cafes, supermarket and a small mall to serve our needs.

Very friendly host, very clean place. good amenities, peaceful and safe neighbourhood, small town and very easy to get around. Recommend renting a car to get around.

Everything was great. Just that the car park is outdoor & quite far away from the Block's lobby. The outdoor carpark without shelter and it will be quite difficult to move around with luggage in rainy day.

Mr Ghazali is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean, smell good, good water pressure and heater, and all facilities are well maintained and working. Easy check in and check out. The Security at entrance guard house also very helpful and friend. Overall its a great stay and great host. Highly recommended.

Satisfied with the services & accomodations by the host. Clear instructions. All good during check in & check out. The only small prob that I might face is only with the netflix , where we wanted to watch movie but we having problem with the sound system. 😅 Other than that , the place is beyond good to stay !

不错的体验，没有留意到check in时间是在8pm之前，我们9点多才到的酒店，耽误了商家不少时间，但是商家一样顺利解决了，期间我们还找错了地方，也在商家的协助下顺利找到房源，好评👍

The place was really nice n cozy for small family. The carpark also near to the entrance, host really responsive especially when i had problem with the carpark. Lots of restaurant and small grocery store nearby. Overall it was a great stay 👍🏻

Great place to stay, just beside the mall for basic necessities.
