Very spacious home, actual size is larger than shown in photos. Very quiet location on a ranch setting with neighbors house about 100 yards away on same property. Courtland and Bridgett were very responsive to our questions. Recommend this place if you want to relax and unwind in the hill country.

Mrs. Cathy is an awesome host. She responds quickly to messages. The house was just what we were looking for. It is located a few miles out of town, so you definitely have some privacy and the view was really nice. We had 6 of us staying there and we were comfortable. The house has an old rustic feel to it, which is perfect when staying in the Texas Hill Country. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay when in Bandera, I would recommend this place.

Bruce and Sharon were amazing. They provided us with everything we needed and more. They showed us around town and gave us special places of interest. Way more than we expected. I will definitely recommend their place and would use it again.

Great stay near Bandera. Very close to restaurants, groceries. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, and the huge porch is the best for star/deer watching.

The home was so beyond beautiful, we can’t begin to describe how grateful we are for miss brandy allowing us to stay in her home! Everything was clean and cozy, she was so kind and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!!

Great place to stay and only a couple of blocks from downtown Bandera. Plenty of eateries, stores and bars so always something to do!! Home was spacious and clean and had everything needed to make for a great multi day stay. Crystal is very friendly and responsive which made the stay that much better. A++++ place to stay!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cute roomy place, close to town, big front yard, fun pool with a beautiful waterfall. Overall wonderful experience.

Carol’s place was perfect for a stay at Tapatio Springs Golf Resort. Carol was a GREAT host and was extremely accommodating to us. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean and comfortable. It was 97 degrees outside and they had set the AC for 65. A welcome feeling coming in. Comfortable bed and couch. The hosts were great.

Awesome glamping experience. You get to experience nature with some helpful amenities!

This place was so great! really relaxing and peaceful , our dogs enjoyed running and exploring around the cabin, would definitely recommend!

If you're heading to Bandera this is a great place to stay. The location is about five minutes from town but far enough away to enjoy the countryside and privacy on acreage. The home looked brand new, nicely furnished and super clean. We were at a wedding but if we ever came back, we would definitely check on the availability here first. Omeed, the owner was very helpful and available if necessary. We highly recommend this house...........

Teresa was the best host we have ever had. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Coffee, creamer, bagels, and fruit was there for us....how awesome is that? Bandera was always a favorite spot when we were rv'ers, now we cannot wait to go back !! (don't change anything Teresa!)

Linda's cabin near the river was a perfect getaway spot! The cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our stay truly memorable. The proximity to the river allowed us to enjoy nature and relax. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

I was looking for a quiet, private, and beautiful place to stay for the weekend. This was EXACTLY what I was hoping for and more! Margaret was outstanding to communicate with, the place was better than listed, the bed was amazing, and the experience was better than I’d hoped for!! Will definitely plan to return!!

We had a great time, the house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, we loved watching the deer every morning. And loved how the area was quite and relaxing.

We had an amazing stay here and will definitely return. The house was very clean, absolutely gorgeous location. I don’t think you can get to it in a car as one road you come in you have to drive through the creek which we loved because we were in trucks and a steep dirt driveway and the other way it’s pretty steep dirt gravel driveway as well. My son made it just fine in a tool 2 wheel drive truck. The section of the river is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of land behind the house. You can make your own trails. There’s somewhat of a trail and there are these beautiful giant boulders back there. The hiking is pretty awesome. We will definitely return for summer.

This home is a true wonder. We had random plans to visit a small town in Texas for a music event. Being the midcentury freaks we are, I cannot impress upon anyone the awesomeness of this home. Every detail, every item and stick of furniture reads like one stepped into some atomic-cowboy wonderland. The home is beautiful from every angle; a wonderful, usable layout and simply a marvel of comfort and aesthetic. No picture could capture the thing. We both felt tremendous gratitude, this is the owner's childhood home, built in the 40's by his father and grandfather. I could never shake the feeling: if this were mine, no way I'd share it with strangers... dang are we glad Max does. Would not hesistate to visit again if the wind blows us that way. Remarkable, a true one-of-a-kind.

We had been planning to see the annular solar eclipse. A pet friendly place close to Bandera was what we were looking for. On top of that, this place offered an RV! Our kids were eagerly awaiting this opportunity. We reached a bit late, after dark, to the location. But Rudy had already informed us how to reach, what to do. he greeted us himself as we drove in. and showed us around the RV, explaining every little detail. Our stay was very enjoyable as we didn't have to fumble around looking for switches and stuff. The nights were dark and the sky was amazing. We walked to a small clearing by the river to watch the eclipse. It felt as if the whole experience was catered just to us. Our checkout was as easy as the check in. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.
