We had a wonderful stay at Caleb’s place! Fantastic location, easily accessible and had everything we needed (including for our toddler)! Caleb is extremely responsive, professional & friendly. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay for our daughter’s graduation from Lackland AirForce base. This place is within the 1604 loop which is a requirement. The place is very spacious and clean. Shelley was very responsive and gave great instructions. Would definitely stay at this place again

This property is located in a great location to downtown San Antonio and had plenty of room for my family. We had one issue with the keypad and Andrew was able to solve the problem in minutes. Excellent host and property.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! We had 3 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9 yrs old to 2yrs. The pool was a big hit and plenty of room for everyone to swim. The place was very clean and spacious. We were close to the aquarium and sea world and it only took about 30 minutes to get to downtown San Antonio. The neighborhood is quiet and we saw several deer while we were there! Richard was quick to respond and let us know when someone was coming to clean the pool. He left a goodie basket for the kids which they loved! We would definitely stay here again.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

From the time we checked in to the time we left we felt right at home. The house is beautiful and just as it was pictured. We had one issue and it was resolved almost instantly. We had 5 couples and everyone had their own bathroom which was perfect. There actually was another bedroom that we didn't use. We were in San Antonio for the Final Four at the Alamodome and we had a rental van for everyone. The commute was easy and maybe 15 minutes. Great location as well! We would recommend this stay for anyone and would love to stay here again! Thanks Tabitha and Jonathan!

Awesome spot! Everything was nice. I will say the king bed room stayed warmer than the rest. Not miserable but warmer. Many steps throughout the house that was awkward but plenty of room and local to all. Would definitely stay there again no doubt! I do question knowing Dennis Rodman lifestyle how he never had broken legs or ankles from steps lol. Solid host solid spot!! Will def stay there again if needing a large spot for large group. Great place great host!! A rating!

Perfect place for my husbands and I weekend getaway. Great location, walking distance to the Riverwalk and other attractions. Place was very clean and had everything we could ask for and more. Would definitely book again in the future, highly recommend Richie’s place!

We were in SA for a week and loved this home! It is in a great location, super safe, quiet, and convenient. Did I mention, the showers are phenomenal! We also really enjoyed the game room and the seating out back. The whole house was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better more responsive host! This will definitely be our first choice every year in SA!

We were in town for an air force graduation and Jose was really accommodating and helpful with checking in. The house was beautiful and fit all 13 of us comfortably, the house was everything we expected and more.

This house was beautiful, the kids loved the pool. Host was super attentive. Answered any and all of my questions. The house was exactly as described in the photos. I loved that the laundry room had towels both for showers and restroom. Lots of space and beds! Will definitely book us we ever come to San Antonio.

This place was exactly what we needed. All the amenities of a nice big hotel room without the added cost plus more privacy. Comfy bed, big bathroom, larger tv. It was perfect, and Ana was always very responsive.

Couldn’t say enough great things about Danny and this house! Danny was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect location close to restaurants and an heb. It comfortably fit 6 people and 2 dogs. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to the area!

The home away from home was very relaxing and just what we needed.

The house was just as listed. I would definitely book again! Only down side was that grass was knee high, we were told it would be cut the next morning and It was sadly not cut all weekend. Our son could not play outside/frenchie puppy had to stay in one small area because I did not want something to bite him.

Great get away! Hot tub is always a plus after hours of walking around Fredericksburg. Enjoyed the patio area, morning coffee with a view was a bonus..
