Great old place with an amazing view. You have to accept the funky cabin vibe. If you enjoy interesting places and locations, then this place is for you.

Great location, private, beautiful land, walk to the beach!

Great view of the beach. Having coffee on the deck watching the crashing waves was terrific. The location on the beach was the star.

Sometimes the photos can be misleading at waterfront views, but this is dead on. Beautiful in the spring stormy days with waves crashing below the lighthouse and the steps down to the beach and the GIANT windows with enough comfy seats for everyone to have a view. Absolutely spectacular. Yes, the garage was TIGHT for a Tesla X, nerve wracking even. Yes, it’s a short steep driveway I strongly suggest backing into. Yes, some old touches and old water damage in corners, but it’s a dog friendly place with no smell and as clean as they can POSSIBLY make it. Yes, scant cell phone signal but excellent wifi meant not a problem. All the negatives minor. We absolutely adored it. Charleston neighborhood is close enough to civilization to do dinner and shopping, and secluded enough to be peaceful. Just a glorious glorious week. I hope they allow us to come again. A major beautiful glorious bargain.

Wonderful lodging experience. Michelle over delivered on our expectations. Great bedrooms each with bath, great views, great parking, great beach access. Loved it! But Michelle’s efforts really win our gold star. When we asked about early check in, Michelle sent extra housekeeping to get the home ready for an early arrival. Another ‘extra mile’. A note to other AirBnB travelers; Michelle’s housekeepers work very hard, as do many other housekeepers in the AirBnB program. When possible, please let them know you appreciate their efforts to make us all comfortable. They are important people in our vacation orbit, and we need to let them know that.

A magical place with a priceless view!

House was great. It was in a peaceful neighborhood, we could hear the ocean and lots of outside space. House is very roomy and clean.

Fantastic views from large picture windows looking out at Face Rock. A comfortable, spacious and well appointed home with all the amenities. Walking across the street and down the hill leads you right on to a beautiful beach. Restaurants and down town shopping are a short and easy drive. I would recommend this home and stay again.

Cute, cozy and a little funky! Comfortable and well-equipped - we had everything we needed for a five-day stay. And you can't beat the views - seeing the ocean from every window in the main living area was so relaxing and mesmerizing. Plus having a wood-burning fireplace was so nice - we used it on one cold and rainy night. Sam was a great host - always responsive - so we highly recommend staying here or at one of his other properties!

The location is incredible. It can’t be beat, especially when the trip is centered around golfing Sheep Ranch. It was cool to be able to wave at my husband when they were at the hole adjacent to the property. The views are spectacular. We didn’t turn on the TV once because looking outside through the big windows was all we needed. We had two kiddos and two dogs, with 4 adults, and the house offered so much room to hold all that energy. Having a full size stove was perfect to prepare cozy meals throughout our stay. Last but definitely not least, Sam is super responsive and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend a stay at this property. We loved it so much, we’re coming back before the end of the year, booking our next stay while we were still there!

What a beautiful location. The pictures tell the truth. The walk down to the beach is fast and easy. Not to mention there is a trail that runs to other nearby beaches as well right outside the door. There is a very short drive to the downtown area. The house itself is obviously older but very well maintained and clean. WiFi was super fast. The bedding felt newer and we slept so well. It was a bit stormy during our stay so we played board games, built a fire and enjoyed the majestic views. Recommended.

This is our second time at Sam’s Belo de Rosa home. We love this house because it’s perfect for a family and lets us have our dog! There’s an entire floor downstairs that has its own kitchen, a sun room, a kitchen sink, private bathroom and even a fridge! Our daughter loves the freedom she has downstairs and we call it her “apartment” lol. The kitchen upstairs is stocked and lovely to cook in. We had a back to patio upstairs overlooking the yard where we can sit and watch the stars/listen to the ocean. Our second stay at Belo de Rosa was just as amazing as the first and oh! COMFY BEDS!! I always look for listing reviews that mention comfortable beds so I want to make sure this review mentions them. We had a wonderful time!!

Sam's place was a perfect getaway for our family of four young adult / teen kids plus our dog. Everyone enjoyed hanging out in the large living room playing games and watching movies. The kitchen was well stocked, which was really helpful as we cooked most of our meals. The side yard is fully fenced, which was great for our dog. And the view is amazing, with a quick walk down a private path to the beach. We'd definitely love to stay here again!

We love this lakehouse. It's a prime location for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding or swimming. Kids loved fishing off the dock and caught lots of fish. House works well for multiple families staying together and host/ local caretaker were super flexible with us. Be aware the 3 rentals on this property all share the dock and lakefront space. Not a problem for us, everyone is quiet and friendly.

This place was perfect for our weekend trip to visit Cape Arago. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed, and the view was unbeatable.

This home is a gem. The views are surreal and the home could not be more comfortable for group of seven. The home was in great shape during a storm while we were inside watching the ocean with the wood stove fired up, bread in the oven and teens happily shooting pool. We will hope to stay again if our travels take us back to the beautiful Oregon coast. Take you for offering this home to AirBnBers.

This place was perfect for my bday trip. Truly quiet and private. Almost too quiet lol. The house was very spaciuos and had everything we needed. Beach access was the easiest we have had so far. We explored the rougue river alot as it seemed to alwasy be hide tide during the day. Would definelty be back. Only wish we had was a ocean view from both bedrooms and would be a steal if it accommodated all 4 of our dogs. Thank you Clare for the stay in this perfect house.

We had a great week here enjoying the comforts of the home, the ever-changing weather and the great food nearby. Rosalina went out of her way to make our stay special with many nice touches provided for us, and her excellent communication and responsiveness was very much appreciated. The home is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and we slept great. Definitely would love to come back again.

Our second time here and we love this place. The view is gorgeous…we definitely will be back again. Our new favorite place at the coast!

Saying this house is beautiful is an understatement. The pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for my family to sit in the living room and visit and laugh which is one of my most favorite things to do. The kitchen was also very beautiful. So much space. The windows are so big it felt like you were outside. When it was time for bed we all had our own little nooks to go to so we could be secluded. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Plenty of games and coloring books for the kids. I did have some questions for Sam during our stay and he was so quick to respond. Very easy to communicate with. I look forward to booking with him again. Loved it ♥️

Amazing place! William was so helpful and got us in on a last min stop in Bandon. So thankful he was so accommodating! This place is amazing, the view is unmatched and the master suite is just the most serene place! Our family loved playing foosball and it was just what we needed to end our summer. They had tons of beach toys and the house was perfectly appointed for a family getaway. It was an easy walk to the beach and we had the most wonderful time! 100% will be staying here again!

Stayed at this Location for a Golf trip to Bandon Dunes with friends. Excellent location. Amazing views and access to beach. Peaceful house and great for hosting.
