The host was very responsive. The check-in was very smooth. The place was as indicated and clean, without clutter. The place is quiet. All the amenities in the room worked well. The place was close to the MRT. It took me about a 10-minute walk. The laundry was easy to use. The cheap potable water for drinking was very convenient. There are a few 7-11s available and one directly opposite the condo. This was also very convenient. Grab was also very effective even for a non-thai speaking person. The major mall in this area is also located only an MRT stop away. The mall has a wide selection of places to eat (thai/non-thai), supermarket etc. One negative is because of the location of the condo relative to the heart of the city. One would have to spend a good 1 - 1.5 hrs on the MRT/BTS to get to town.

The owner is very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners work, there is Wi-Fi and a washing machine, you can cook yourself. In close proximity to the metro station, a large shopping center, 7 eleven and big c, opposite there is a local food market. The area is quiet. The gym and swimming pool are always available to the guest. I liked everything very much.

Beautiful Place To Stay You have Everything you Need, Very Nice Shower, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. The location is Very nice and Safe And it's Next to the Mall So you Have Food, Movie Theater, Gym, Shopping, Everything Near by! Awesome Experience.

Super clean and well equipped house. Peaceful location at a walking distance from purple line MRT. Amazing thai food restaurants nearby. Grab delivery also available. Takes about an hour or so to reach downtown and a comfortable journey in Bangkok MRT without switching too many lines. Responsive, friendly and kind host Penny. Thank you for hosting me. If I’m in bangkok next time I’ll definitely book your airbnb.

Really good apartment for a really fair price. The host is nice and helpful. It’s a little far from the city but besides that it’s a perfect apartment

全体的にやりとりに問題なく、手続きが簡潔でした。部屋も広く小さなバルコニーのようなスペースがあったのもとてもよかったです。立地は、都市の中心部から少し離れていますが、自分にはむしろそれがよく、地元の人たちの暮らしの中で一緒に生活している感じがあり、とてもよかったです。事前に立地が中心部から離れていることを教えてくれたこともよかったです。

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Dieses war für unsere Interessen sehr gut gelegen und bot uns keine langen Anfahrtszeiten. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip in Bangkok unserer Auffassung nach braucht. Was man in Kauf nehmen muss ist das es an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, dafür hatten wir Earplugs bereitgestellt bekommen. Es ist halt eine belebte Großstadt, da ist Straßenlärm halt normal. Vielen Dank nochmal an Pusha & Kanan für die Gastfreundschaft.

Fantastic place, would certainly book again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to relax in after hot days. Had coffee most mornings right at the entrance and the massage room in back (you have to pay for separately) was unbelievable. Conveniently located, A+ review.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I stayed for a night, and everything was perfect, just as described. Emma is an outstanding host-responsive, helpful, and kind. I was able to leave my luggage after check-out, which was super convenient. I even accidentally left some valuable items in my room, and they thoughtfully placed them in my bag while I was out! Such a thoughtful and trustworthy experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Had an awesome stay at Tongpongs place. The apartment was super clean, well situated and cozy. Despite the current works on the road it was very quiet and we slept like babies. 10/10 recommend, we will come back when returning to Bangkok!

Great location in the Ari district. BTS is within½ mile in 2 directions . Building is nice. A little older but condo is nice. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool to cool off in the hot temps.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children (14 & 11). Great location in Bangkok and the apartment was well equipped including the communal area with filtered water, snacks and washing/drying facilities. 7/11 across the road and easy to walk to restaurants. 5min walk to pier for hop on hop off river boat. Would highly recommend and would visit again if staying in Bangkok. Orathip was fantastic and very helpful.

Este alojamiento ofrece exactamente lo que se menciona,las fotos son tal cual la habitación...son habitaciones muy cómodas y modernas,la cama en la que dormí fue de excelente calidad...quedé muy satisfecha porque venía de una mala experiencia en otro alojamiento. La habitación está muy bien distribuida,Patnaree la anfitriona es muy amable,siempre está dispuesta a dar buenas recomendaciones para recorrer Bangkok y en ayudar en caso se requiera algo... quedé muy contenta y he vuelto a reservar en este mismo alojamiento... definitivamente lo voy a recomendar, también a posibles amistades que quieran venir a Bangkok.

The room was clean and nice. After showering, I could go directly to the closet, which was very convenient. The bathtub was spacious, and I really enjoyed taking a bath. I also loved the shower cream. it smelled like Thai aroma oil. Some reviews mentioned that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, but it actually is. We had a great stay at Kimmy’s Airbnb and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

As someone who appreciates attention to detail and the recreation of the comfort of home, I believe this place is hands down the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. From the quality of the furniture all the way down to the feeling of the bedsheets at night, it was an absolute pristine experience. With that comes the A++ location, as well as the perks of having a workspace, a café, and a cute ice cream shop all within the same apartment complex. The host was super friendly and communicative, the staff helped us transport our suitcases, and we were treated with smiles and friendly greetings every day. All in all a 10/10 experience, really elevated our trip to Bangkok.

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Charn is a gem, very friendly and caring. Stay is really good.
