I had great stay with Goong and her family, she was very helpful host and helped me with everything. Place is nice and big, great internet also good for work with some nice places to eat around .

I’ve and urgent work nearby here First, i’m a little bit afraid of some bad reviews here, but this price and place is easy for me to go to work (at central westgate, from here it’s around 10 min to westgate awesome !!!) so i’ll try ! This place is so marvelous, It looks like it has been renovated. The house is very nice, clean and freshly painted. The surroundings look great. At night the house is bright due to newly installed solar cell lights. The room is very clean. The air conditioner and water heater work well. , i found no pests here anymore, Staff is very friendly and helpful I’ll come again !!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very responsive host. I appreciated the communication as it’s our first time in Thailand. We are staying at two of the hosts places, which are close by eachother.

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

I only have nice things to say about staying in this lovely home. Stayed for a full month and we all really enjoyed being here. Near grocery stores, lots of local food places, very near the BTS. I would truly recommend staying here to anyone! Thank you so much Joyce and Ed for having us. It’s been a really great pleasure. Wishing the best for Umahouse365! The building and apartment itself has been beautifully and smartly designed. The layout of the apartment was the best I have seen in terms of smartness ( has desk space, makeup mirror with light, walking closet) . The U shape kitchen looks great and has all required appliances including oven. The quality of the appliances, furniture was top notch. Whoever designed it and whoever build it deserve a medal for quality, comfort and space utilisation. The building and apartment were super clean, modern, perfect. Also you can sleep very well as there are no noises. There are a few good cafes around the area and a good big supermarket as well. Staff at the receptions were very sweet and kind and so was Kavin our host who always responded promply. If you are fine with the location and want a tranquille space with great comfort then this apartment is perfect. Top marks for this apartment 🙏

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

We had a great stay, and it was a walkable distance to the MRT station with 7-11 and other restaurants all nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Whenever my family and I are in Thailand we would stay at Vina's place. It is in a very nice location. There's a weekday market downstairs with fresh food and fruits among other things. It is very near the metro, and very easy to get grab taxi. Many nice eating places around. It is also near a 711 and mc Donald's. The staff in the building are all very polite and helpful. They give off a feeling of welcome everytime we pass by. The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could possibly need. Thank you to my hosts for hosting us again. Till our next Thailand trip.

Sanchai was a wonderful host. My friend had an accident and ended up with a broken foot. Sanchai and his family did everything in their power to help us with our unexpected requests. They were also very patient with the uncertainty this situation caused and helped us in order to receive more people in the apartment and for longer days. The communication was excellent with all of his family and immediate. In such situations where the unexpected changes all your plans, it is incredibly reassuring to have people like Sanchai. I couldn’t imagine having lived somewhere else. Finally, the place is a bit far from the famous touristic stuff, but still there are less famous temples you can visit. And it’s appropriate for wheelchairs with the small exception of a tiny step before the bathroom. For me and my family it was the best choice we could have made.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

The place is nice and cozy, with greenery and comfortable seating outside, Electronic mosquito repellents were provided too, bathrooms were functional. 100% recommend if you are traveling in a big group and want to enjoy the time together too.

Cozy little house in a quiet Bangkok neighborhood—perfect for a short stay. The garden is beautiful and adds a peaceful vibe to the place. It’s compact but has all the essentials. Great location, comfy bed, and strong Wi-Fi. A bit small for long stays, but overall very pleasant!

Well situated, clean and comfortable, always someone at the reception, possibility to buy water and snacks, it was nice !
