Security Since the apartments are located within a private compound, has a security system that needs a keycard to unlock and always has a security guard 24/7, the safety is really great. Location The apartment is in prime location which is only 5 mins walk to 7/11, 7 mins walk to Krung Thonburi station (1 stops to Icon Siam, ~15mins to Pratunam area). And can find a lot of street food stalls near the apartment area which is really convenient. Cleanliness We booked 4 apartments with Tara. All rooms are clean, tidy and well provided with necessary amenities. Host The host is so responsive and always reply fast and friendly. We asked for a late check out till 3:00 pm and really thankful that Tara did not charge anything extra. Recommendations for host The pillows are too big and a bit hard for a comfortable sleep. It would be great if the room instructions provide that the building's laundry machines only accept 10Bht coins. Value for money 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out late, which made our trip even more comfortable. Communication was smooth, and they were always ready to help. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bangkok!

We where 3 adults who really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, well equipped with nice balconies each side. There is 24h security. The host was helpful. We asked one thing and it sorted in 10 minutes.

I highly recommend this unit and Ivan. The unit is a good size. No bugs, everything worked and was well stocked. It was a pleasure to stay here and Ivan is an excellent host. Thank you. A++++ highly recommended!

Bon immeuble même si l'emplacement est peu pratique. Même avec les fenêtres fermé nous avions constamment le bruit des voitures sur l'autoroute. Malgré ça la propriétaire était très agréable et réactive et l'appartement était confortable.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back. There is a dedicated work space and it is very close to the train. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The pool and gym were great as well.

My stay at the condo was exceptional, everything was clean and there was a 7-11 and starbucks with walking distance. 10/10 would recommend to stay here, and we definitely would stay here again! Thank you for the memorable stay! 🙆🏼‍♀️

Was great experience in bangkok. I took grabs so a little bit far from other famous sites but if you take bts, it will be great location. Everything was clean and above all, the hosts responded so fast with kindness. Love to stay here again

Very central yet quiet location. A short walk from Asoke, the Skytrain and the Metro also very convenient location. An easy 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and multiple shopping and restaurant opportunities. The Condo is very well equipped with ample linens, towels, kitchen appliances and accessories. Not ultra modern but comfortable, clean with good storage available for clothes, baggage etc. Minor issues on arrival with TV connection clarified quickly by the host. There is a small but well equipped gym which I used and the pool which I didn’t use looked good. Will definitely try and use on future visits.

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

Nice and new accommodation! I immediately felt like at home. 😀 Host “Liz” is very lovely, helpful and super friendly. She speaks a great English. 🙏😊 Very comfortable bed's (not to soft, just right)! Parking for own vehicle or visitors is great. Convenient accomodation for those who love it quiet and move within BKK with Grab or Taxi. So easy to pick up and drop off at your front door. Luggage directly from the car into the house. 👍 !!! Very fast and stable WiFi, just great !!! A very nice safe & place. 😀 This place can definitely be recommend. rgds Christian

A real home from home - beautifully clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for a family to stay. Jenny the hostess was so kind and helpful during our stay. My children enjoyed the pool which is at the end of the road, spotting monitor lizards in the nearby lake and the coffee shop nearby. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Bangkok.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Nous avons pris ce logement pour 3 personnes pour un séjour de 16 jours. Ce logement est excentré du centre de Bangkok ce qui permet un peu d'éviter les nuisances sonores du centre. Nous avons étaient très bien accueillis à l'accueil et notre hôte a était très réactif a nos questions. Ce logement était très propre, nous avons eu aucun problème avec celui-ci. Une superette 7-eleven est disponible à 2-3 min à pied du logement. Si vous avez loué une voiture, vous ne pourriez peut-être pas la rentré complètement sur la place de parking et fermer le portail. En somme, c'est un excellent logement au niveau qualité/prix avec un accueil de ses hôtes irréprochables.

房東給予的說明很明確且友善，住宿與地點與照片一致。 一群人包棟的話很方便，還可以洗曬衣服。 附近都是一般住戶，大家也都很友善，社區也很安靜。 巷口就有711，缺少東西可以方便購買。 地點離市中心稍稍遠，但可以依靠大眾運輸抵達，若與旅伴分開行動也是可以的。 整體來說是很棒的住宿體驗！
