I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb for a month, and it exceeded all my expectations. Location: Perfectly situated just minutes from the Skytrain, shopping centers, and some of the city’s best rooftop bars and restaurants. Apartment: Beautifully designed, modern, and equipped with two televisions for added comfort. The spacious bathroom had everything I needed for a hassle-free stay. Building: The rooftop is straight out of a movie scene, with stunning views, a fantastic gym, and a relaxing lounge area. Host: A special thanks to the host for his exceptional hospitality, responsiveness, and clear communication from check-in to check-out. His kind gesture of allowing a late check-out at 3:00 PM was greatly appreciated, especially as I had many bags. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and convenience I will come back

Il posto è davvero bello con servizi ottimi, piscina e palestra sempre puliti! Avete a portata di mani tutto, 7 eleven, cafè, cofee shop, thai massage, market vicini e la fermata BTS punnawhiti proprio all’ingresso del building, la vista è fantastica mozzafiato! Tassanee è stata chiara e disponibile! L’alloggio vale ciò che pagate! Vi raccomando questo posto!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Good stay, in a Japanese neighbourhood which was ideal to me since I love the food. The gym is decent, 25M lap pool and a sauna in the locker room. It’s around 2K away from the BTS (metro), and our television remote for Netflix did not work. House is clean, shower has a little bit if mold. Beautiful city view from the sleeping room.

The apartment is in old building, but the inside is totally renovated and nice. I love the place, it's close to everywhere, only need Grab or Bolt if you are lazy to walk. I am impressed on how Matt provides spotless white hand towel and bathroom mat. He even provides laundry detergent and snacks ! Overall I'm satisfied. Thanks Matt !

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children (14 & 11). Great location in Bangkok and the apartment was well equipped including the communal area with filtered water, snacks and washing/drying facilities. 7/11 across the road and easy to walk to restaurants. 5min walk to pier for hop on hop off river boat. Would highly recommend and would visit again if staying in Bangkok. Orathip was fantastic and very helpful.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Eve’s place! It was located in a quiet neighbourhood and the entire place was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Eve and her cleaning team were also very responsive and friendly. We definitely would recommend.

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

A real home from home - beautifully clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for a family to stay. Jenny the hostess was so kind and helpful during our stay. My children enjoyed the pool which is at the end of the road, spotting monitor lizards in the nearby lake and the coffee shop nearby. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Bangkok.

The first day we didn’t like the small living room and want to switch to a different Airbnb, but the owner was very kind and understood our situation, even willing to refund the rest of the stay. We ended up staying. And liked the place more and more each day. The place is very charming and the location is very convenient. We had a great time. And recommend to whoever traveling to Bangkok.

We stayed for 1 night at Tar's place and we had pleasant time here. The location is near MRT, walkable distance.0 House is clean and we could sleep very well. Room 1 is at level 3 and room 2 is at level 4. Tar is a great host, she is very responsive and always answers every questions we had. She also gave us many good recommendations near the house. Overall I am satisfied and recommend anyone to book the unit. Thanks Tar, I hope your house is always fully booked.

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

Lalida’s place is absolutely amazing! This is my second time staying at her home, and once again, I was so impressed. Every one of her homes is beautifully decorated with such creative and inspiring ideas. She is truly one of the most creative women I’ve ever met. I feel happy and comfortable every time I stay at her place. Without a doubt, I will definitely come back again if I visit Thailand. Highly recommended!

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné de la part de Dannie et des autres personnes travaillant dans l’établissement. L’appartement est propre, confortable, très bien équipé et à deux pas du BTS, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans toutes les zones touristiques de Bangkok . La piscine et la vue depuis l’appartement sont très agréables! Dannie nous a gentiment proposé de quitter les lieux plus tard car l’appartement n’était pas reloué après nous . Nous avons vraiment apprécié . Merci pour ce super séjour !

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

The best thing about this condo Is probably the location. It's so convenient, with a BTS station nearby, a food market a few hundred meters away, and a Gourmet supermarket a little further. Besides, the condo is well-maintained and everything works fine (note that there is no electric stove, only a microwave). At first I was a little disappointed when Lek told me that the gym was not accessible, as it is reserved for owners and long-term tenants, not Airbnb guests. The pool, however, is open and quite wonderful, as it is rarely used. For exercise I found a good alternative right in front of the building, where there is a sidewalk that goes all the way around the sports fields under the highway, and that can be used for walking and jogging. It'll give you the opportunity to watch young guys playing foot-volleyball, and yes, they do smash the ball across the net (at about 1.50 m high) with their feet.

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

The condo was clean upon arrival the pool was really nice as it was very hot during our stay. Pooms instructions for checking is was clear and he was always quick to respond. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the BTS however there are many motorbike taxi which will take you for 10Baht. Great value for money. Would stay again.
