Все хорошо, квартира соответствует описанию. Квартира небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. Бассейн и тренажерный зал доступны, за пользование сауной нужно доплачивать 50 бат за посещение. Далековато от центра города, но можно добираться на такси или метро. Было бы удобно, если бы владелец квартиры добавил возможность самостоятельного заселения.

We had a fantastic stay at Siharaj’s place. The house was clean, cozy and spacious. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Our stay here was perfect! It is well-situated with many restaurants and bars at walking distance, and very peaceful during the night. The room is well equipped and decorated with taste. The security guards are also really nice and helpful. We will not hesitate to book this again.

Modern, ruim en zeer goed uitgerust apartement. Er werd aan alles gedacht en voorzien. Het was net, schoon en vrij nieuw. Het uitzicht is indrukwekkend. Het zwembad is toegankelijk en zeer rustig. check-in verliep zeer vlot door een goede, proactieve en duidelijke communicatie. Sumitra heeft ons een extra nacht in een van haar andere appartementen in hetzelfde gebouw ondergebracht toen we onze plannen wijzigden. Dit was ook perfect in orde en verliep zeer vlot. Bedankt voor ons een goede start van onze vakantie te bezorgen.

Great place in Sathorn! Loved the location! Hana is responsive. The apartment is quiet and well equipped for longer stays.

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

仓库改造房入住体验反馈 🌟 这次入住的仓库改造房给我带来了一段别具一格的体验，现在就来和大家唠唠😃。 🏠 空间与风格 一走进这房子，最吸睛的就是那宽敞无比的大厅，空间大得超乎想象，仿佛能容纳下一场盛大的派对🎉。整体装修风格古朴，独具韵味，非常适合喜欢现代感大空间的朋友。 🌉 景观优势 房子外面的窗户正对着运河，风景那叫一个绝！清晨，阳光洒在河面上，波光粼粼，从风水角度看，也让人感觉神清气爽。每天早上醒来，就能欣赏到这样的美景，真的幸福感满满🌅。 🛒 周边配套 虽说位置不是正中心，但距离中心区车程不远。出门就有 7 - Eleven，还有超市和市场，生活购物极为方便。而且停车也很轻松，完全不用担心停车难的问题🚗。 🐛 居住困扰 不过，这房子也有些小缺点。晚上开灯的时候，苍蝇、蚊子、飞蛾就会往屋里钻，虽说它们不咬人，但在眼前飞来飞去，确实挺让人烦躁的😣。由于靠近运河，湿气比较重，屋子里时常感觉潮潮的。有时还能在桌子上、甚至床上发现蚂蚁，这在一定程度上影响了居住体验。 🎬 适用场景 但要是你不介意这些小昆虫，钟情于亲近自然，又渴望每天睁眼就能看到河景，那这里绝对是个很棒的选择。尤其是对于有拍摄需求的人，这个大厅简直是拍摄照片、视频的绝佳场地，光线与空间都无可挑剔。对于那些想一边工作一边放松度假的人而言，这里的环境也能很好地满足需求。如果喜欢举办 house party，这里宽敞的空间也能让派对尽情嗨起来🎉。 💰 性价比考量 综合来看，这房子的性价比相当高。空间大，景观好，周边配套也跟得上，尽管存在一些小瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜。如果你追求大空间和独特的运河景观，这里会是一个非常值得考虑的居住之所👏。

We really enjoyed our stay here and could have easily stayed longer if we didn’t have other commitments. The hosts were very friendly and helpful when needed. The Canal Home is perfect if you are looking for a more local experience on the canals of Bangkok. It is suitably spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful deck over the water. The house is situated directly across the canal from a dazzling Buddhist temple. There is a small long-tail boat you can use to explore the canals. Proper good fun! The house is north of downtown in the Nonthaburi area. It’s easy enough to get a Grab taxi to the Chao Phraya River and the ferry to down town. Highly recommended!

I loved it here. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30-40 mins depending where you want to go and traffic), to relax and do nothing for a few days and this was it. Right by the canal with a terrace where you can enjoy the the day as it gets cooler into the night. I loved it here. I will most definitely come back again when I need peace and quiet.

房东亲自把我们从机场接过来，而且管家都对我们服务的特别好，距离地铁站很近。泳池很漂亮，床很舒服。这里的KTV很好。可以BBQ。以后再来曼谷，我还会选择住在这里。我们离开后一直怀念这里。我推荐这个别墅

A neat poolside room. Very quiet as 100m from the noisy main street. The owner is quite nice and kind.

Das Zimmer ist der Wahnsinn! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und ich wäre zu gern länger geblieben! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Anlage ist makellos und edel. Die Gegend eher ruhiger. Die dachterasse mit dem infinitiypool bietet die schönste Aussicht die ich bisher genießen durfte! Ich liebe diese Wohnung werde aufjedenfall wieder dort sein! Danke!🥰

Very nice condo in the heart of Sukumvit area. Great for night life and shopping activities. BTS not far away and boat taxi right behind the building. Very quiet alley as well. Swimming pool and gym are sufficient. Selena was very helpful and responsive.

Really enjoyed my stay at Run’s place. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The place is top notch with all the amenities one needs for a relaxing vacation. Run was a great host and communicated effectively throughout my stay.

Great stay. Small, cosy apartment, and everything was clean. A convenient 5 minute walk to Thong Lor BTS, though there are no walkways. There's also a condo pickup to the BTS, which makes up for the walk. 24 hour minimart inside the condo. Only downsides are that during my stay, the pool was closed the whole time... and slight inconvenience with meals (if there are side dishes) as there's literally only 2 bowls and 2 plates. Good to add a few more smaller bowls/plates.

Lovely big and quiet apartment with beautiful wooden furniture and comfy bed. Big wraparound balcony gives amazing 270-degree views including the river and bridge. It’s very well equipped and the wifi, aircon and everything else I used works fine. Suaida literally replies to messages in ten minutes and has to be the best, most helpful and charming host ever! There’s no washing machine in the apartment but cheap pay-for machines are up on the roof near the pool. Situated next to Tonsak Market, now a giant all-day food-court with hundreds of stalls, it’s a long way from the centre, but only a 5 minute walk to the MRT. Ferries from the pier under the station take you all the way to Sathorn for 30b and the huge Westgate Mall is just a few minutes on the MRT.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. clean, cozy and looks like the images online. The owners are very friendly and responsive. 9/10 would stay here again.
