私はトータル4ヶ月半この家に長期滞在していました。 空港のお迎えから、さまざまなサポートこの家のオーナーは、遊びにも誘ってくれたり、1人でタイに来ましたが、この4ヶ月半退屈せずに快適な暮らしができました。 とても親切で過ごしやすい家です。 日本人にとっても暮らしやすい環境だと思います。この家の滞在を凄くおすすめします！

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! It was even better than the pictures show. The entire property is stunning – the pool, the rooms, the comfortable beds, and the beautiful surroundings are simply perfect. What impressed us the most was the warmth of the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive. We truly felt at home here!

Nous avons trouvé ce logement très agréable et très bien situé. Nam s’est montré réactif lorsque cela a été nécessaire. Ce logement est situé en plein Bangkok, donc les personnes sensibles aux bruits, prenez des bouchons.

The house was a bit hidden in an alley and took a bit to find it but, the host was very helpful. As soon as we entered the home we noticed how clean and beautiful it was. I definitely recommend this house if you have many people accompanying you. It is very spacious and there’s lots to do.

The moment I open the window, I fell in love with the scenery. It was hard to capture the beautiful scenery in the picture. Everything including kitchen tools was fully equipped and the owner was always very contactable and tried to help us. The location is 40 to 50 minutes by Grab taxi from Bangkok city center and it was never difficult to catch Grab taxi. There are famous cafes like After the rain,Bubble in the Forest,so it would be nice to visit them togother. I am so happy to have fantastic memories with my mom in the beautiful place. Thank you so much and I would like to visit again soon.

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Loved it, didn’t want to leave and it looks exactly like the Photos. Host was very responsive & kindly set up transportation for us.

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

Beautiful place and value for money! As it was near the BTS we found it really easy to get around. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our requests as well. Will definitely recommend to our friends. :)

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

the home is very nice,clean n secure.there r many food stall,7 eleven,jodd fair only walking distance from home.the check in process was super easy.especially the host was super helpful n nice.all the family members can eat together at dining room n can watch tv just loke at our own home.grateful can rent this home.see u another time wasinee

정말 조용하고 아늑한 동네에 위치한 집입니다 시설은 깨끗하고 잘 작동되며 보안도 매우 뛰어납니다 유일한 단점을 찾자면 침실이 2층에 위치해 노인들은 힘들 수도 있습니다

We had a great stay here at Nin’s place right after the earthquake hit Bangkok. The house was clean and had everything one would need for a stay. The location was quite good within walking distance to Gateway Bangsue and Taopoon Market but still tucked away in a peaceful street. There were plenty of good local restaurants nearby as well. The massage shop that is on the same street as the house was also one of the better massage shops I have been to and since we were staying for more than 4 nights everyone of us got a complimentary 1hr Thai massage. Overall I would recommend this stay if you want to experience more of a local life in Bangkok. The area is really nice to walk around.

Despite the lack of reviews as it’s a new listing we decided to go for it and was very pleased with the stay. Some hiccups along the way but they were resolved promptly. Recommend for those wanting a respite away from the city’s hustle bustle and a unique stay in a vintage furnished residential home instead of a standard hotel. The meals at the recommended restaurants were the best we had during our trip.
