The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Loved it, didn’t want to leave and it looks exactly like the Photos. Host was very responsive & kindly set up transportation for us.

The listing is in a very convenient location near Ratchathewi station, and also right by plenty of good cafes and massage spots. Also a short walk down to Platinum mall. The house itself was very spacious and clean. Aircon was sufficiently cold especially after returning from the blazing Bangkok heat. Each of the 3 rooms had a King-sized bed as promised, and very comfy ones at that. Aim was very prompt in replying to our messages and queries! They're an amazing host. Will definitely consider staying here again!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

房間廁所很乾淨、而且房東很有品味裡面都是舒服的香氛味道、廚房微波爐基本餐具都有，延長插頭也都有不用自己帶轉接頭，下一次也會住這裡、雖然沒有離Mrt 很近但是價格也很便宜補足這個不足，房間真的很棒

Все хорошо, квартира соответствует описанию. Квартира небольшая, но есть всё необходимое. Бассейн и тренажерный зал доступны, за пользование сауной нужно доплачивать 50 бат за посещение. Далековато от центра города, но можно добираться на такси или метро. Было бы удобно, если бы владелец квартиры добавил возможность самостоятельного заселения.

Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

we were in Bangkok for a family emergency. Chris was an amazing host. we were unsure when we'd arrive and he waited for us, greeting us at midnight. Throughout our stay he was super responsive. The apartment was huge, spotless and lovely. A real haven for us at a difficult time.

This AirBNB was awesome and perfect for our stay in Bangkok! The apartment was spacious and beautiful - it looks just like the pictures. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. A nice looking pool (though I didn't use it). Very clean, the AC was good. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and it has a washer and dryer, which is a nice luxury. The managers were very responsive to any messages we sent, and were kind enough to let us check out late. The check in process was easy (though be aware, check out required an inspection so don't order your Grab right away). Ari is a nice walkable neighborhood, close to BTS, with lots of street food during the day and some nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a little further out from the center, but Bangkok is so spread out anyway we didn't find that that affected us too much. Only downside - the WIFI was a bit weak, especially outside of the main room. Not a problem for us, but maybe a concern for someone working remote.

The apartment is conveniently located in an area with a great variety of food options. There are several fresh markets nearby for fruits and vegetables, and a few 7/11 stores within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. The apartment itself is lovely, with a comfortable bed, a big refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and more. It’s spacious enough for two people. Also, the Wi-Fi was excellent—we both worked simultaneously, and the speed was perfect. Definitely 5 stars from us!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Bangkok! It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The thoughtful touch of providing bottles of water for our entire stay was much appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city.

This apartment was incredibly spacious and came with top-notch amenities, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen bei Nantarat zu Gast. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Wohnanlage waren auch sehr nett. Besonders gut fanden den Ausblick von der Wohnung und das es direkt an einer BTS Stadtion liegt, mit der man schnell alles erreichen kann. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bangkok 😊

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

BeeBee is very helpful with her guests, always responsive by message. We had a good time in her fresh and modern apartment; a bit far from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood with the metro accessible within a 5-minute walk. We had all the necessary equipment, even a hand fan gifted from her. Thank you very much!! (Your home perfume smells so good)

10/10!!! Excellent host, responded very quickly when we got a bit confused with the check in process. Santi gave us clear and concise instructions. Flat was in pristine condition. The view was phenomenal, could see the whole city skyline from bedroom and balcony. We loved the location, was a really authentic Thai experience, surrounded by locals. Not a tourist spot but we liked that. Lots of cheap and tasty food markets on your doorstep. Bouchie coffee shop and KFC downstairs. Easy walk to water jetty pier and quick drive to local train station. We didn't use any local buses but there's a local bus stop outside. Plenty of options to get to the tourist areas. Use Bolt for taxis, we found Grab a bit more expensive. Safe condominium with very switched on security staff outside the building. They were very welcoming too. We did not want to leave Santi's place, was gutted to leave but we are already talking about coming back to this condominium in the future. 100% recommend!!!
