It was geart place to stay at, clean & cozy, had a great view, close to any thing I needed and not far from a commercial center where I could find what ever I had to get for my stay. the host gave answers to my problems on the same day and real quick. I will surely recommend to stay in this nice room.

Five stars for everything. Where to begin? First, the apartment is easy to access and very easy to find in Bangkok. It’s very clean, and everything is exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. It’s in a building with a pool and a gym, which is a huge plus for this apartment. Then, the cleanliness is perfect. Joey is exceptional. He’s really kind, understanding, always there to help and respond if you need anything. He’s very pleasant to be around. I was really surprised by how accommodating he was. The view from the apartment is amazing at night, and you’re right in the middle of the city center, making it super easy to visit BKK! I have nothing negative to say about this Airbnb gem! I’d definitely return without hesitation!!!

Hoorays Wohnung ist wunderschön, ruhig und dennoch mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Von der Phaya Thai Station Airport rail link Endstation sowie BTS Station nur knapp 10 min. zu Fuß ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, um mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr die ganze Stadt ohne Stress erkunden zu können. Siam Paragon, Centralworld sind direkt über einen schönen kurzen Fußweg via Chartrium erreichbar und „hinter“ der Wohnung liegt der Pratuman Night Matket in nur knapp 5 min. zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Blick ins Grüne (dahinter erst die obligatorischen Hochhäuser / tolle Skyline) und ist eine absolute Ruheoase. Dank gefiltertem Wasser (kleiner Hahn) bleibt einem das schleppen von Trinkwasser erspart. Hooray ist immer erreichbar und antwortet direkt. Einchecken ist dank Code einfach und unproblematisch - die Wohnanlage selbst ist ruhig und absolut sicher. Auch der Weg zu der Wohnung sind nur knapp 50 m in die Soi rein und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit völlig unproblematisch.

I wanted to stay in Nonthaburi. This was my 3rd location in one week. I wish we stayed here from the beginning. Spotless condo. Everything you need is inside the condo facility or w/in walking distance.

The host is great. It is a convenient location. The furniture is acceptable and clean. It should have been great stay of there hadn’t been the earthquake on 27 March 2025.

Place was very clean and new, host was also very prompt with reply! The whole place was great! Would be perfect if there was an in-build washing machine in the apartment! Would definitely come back again ☺️

Apartament położony jest w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, dla mieszkańców budynku dostępna jest silownia oraz baseny, a także wewnętrzne, zielone patio. Bardzo blisko od apartamentu jest centrum handlowe BigC (warto poszukać w nim "baru mlecznego" FoodStory mają promocje na dania w cenie 29 bath, porcje są duże, a jedzenie naprawdę pyszne, w centrum jest też sklep spożywczy). W okolicy jest kilka street barów z pysznym jedzeniem, taxi do centrum kosztuje około 230 bath,, ale w poblizu jest też przystanek autobusowy oraz stacja metra. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu, polecamy z całego serca.

Loved it, didn’t want to leave and it looks exactly like the Photos. Host was very responsive & kindly set up transportation for us.

Tôi rất thích ngôi nhà này. Rất đẹp, nhẹ nhàng, thư giãn. Hôm nào ngại đi biển thì có thể đến đây cũng có thể nghĩ rằng mình đang ở biển á.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

房間廁所很乾淨、而且房東很有品味裡面都是舒服的香氛味道、廚房微波爐基本餐具都有，延長插頭也都有不用自己帶轉接頭，下一次也會住這裡、雖然沒有離Mrt 很近但是價格也很便宜補足這個不足，房間真的很棒

Great stay, very comfortable apartment literally 30 seconds from Wang Lang market. The apartment is down a quiet alley way so not disturbed by market noise. High end appliances and fittings, a pleasure to stay here.

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay for Songkran Gathering! We had an incredible week at this Airbnb celebrating Songkran with friends! The house was perfect for our group—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, close enough to the water fights but still peaceful when we wanted to relax. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had a smooth check-in and offering drinking water in the fridge for ready to drink. The outdoor area was a great bonus for our post-festival hangouts, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials for cooking meals together. Would absolutely stay here again for future gatherings—highly recommend!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Très bien situé dans une zone calme à proximité du transport en commun BTS à 5 minutes à pied également le supermarché Lotus juste en bas de l'immeuble ainsi que le Seven Eleven bref nous avons passé un super séjour. à noter que les équipements de l'immeuble sont super bien entretenu et la piscine est peu Park a été super réactif à toutes nos demandes

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

Riktigt fint lägenhet, allt gick smidigt och enkelt. Alltid tillgänglig hyresvärd, gav oss massa bra tips man kan hitta på. Blir det en resa till Bangkok igen hyr jag lätt från honom igen! Rekommenderar starkt!

I could not recommend this airbnb enough! The location was absolutely amazing and it is a short walk to the mrt. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly, I forgot some items in the airbnb and she had absolutely no problem making an arrangement for me to collect them. She was also very quick to check up on me after the earthquake. I had an incredible stay. The decore is also very beautiful and the amenities are great.

Large modern condo. Beautiful high ceilings 2 bathrooms. Clean suite and nice building. Responsive host and enjoyed the swimming pool amenity. Would recommend for couples or family. Good AC and hot water.
