Our family had a great but short stay in the villa. Everything was in order and as described. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Place is clean and wonderful

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.

Everything was as expected, described, and pictured on Airbnb. Yun is a very kind and warm-hearted host! He always responded and was very helpful, giving clear instructions. The property is in the heart of Pattaya's nightlife and has a good location to walk to a shopping center (Central Festival), Pattaya's public beach, or local night markets. The place was clean. Very enjoyable to stay with everything you need to make you feel at home, staying far away from your home.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa in der Momenta Area in Pattaya. Der Pool war toll und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und einladend, und auch die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Wir können diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Appartement très propre, et très fonctionele, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Accès à la piscine, sauna, salle de sport… tout est parfais et vous avez une vu magnifique sur la ville. Les photos correspondes tout à fais. Je recommande à 100%

Our stay at Thanyarat's place was great. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around using Grab. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple. Communication with Thanyarat was excellent, always very responsive, kind, and helpful. I’m especially grateful for all the support provided, not only during our stay but even after we had already left the apartment and needed some extra help, which was truly appreciated.😊 I can totally recommend staying here.
