I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Paisan was incredibly kind and welcoming. In the afternoon heat in Bangkok, he waited for us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house, and even offered us a refreshing welcome drink. The house itself is beautiful—tastefully decorated, fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for hosting us!

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

6명의 일행 모두 한결같이 별 여섯개로도 모자랐다는 의견입니다. 저희가 공항에 도착한 시간이 공교롭게도 미얀마 지진으로 방콕시내가 통제되어 숙소에 접근할 수가 없는 상황이라 걱정이 컸습니다. 하지만 Host님께서는 끝까지 책임질테니 걱정하지 말라고 지속적으로 소통하셨을 뿐만 아니라 심지어 공항근처에서 잠시 쉬면서 대기할 수 있는 호텔방을 직접 잡아주셨고, 마침내 저녁 8시에 VAN 차량을 손수 보내주셨습니다. 여행객이 놓인 어려운 상황에 대한 공감력, 직업의식과 책임감에 일행 모두 큰 감명을 받았습니다. 뿐만 아니라 숙소는 쾌적하고 편리할 뿐만 아니라 감성넘치는 인테리어로 일행 모두를 놀라게 했습니다. 각 2개의 Bed를 가진 6개의 방은 어느 하나도 부족함 없이 여유있는 공간을 가졌고, 1층 거실과 주방의 대형 테이블이 있어 호텔같았으면 경험할 수 없는 공간이기도 하고, 덕분에 매일 일정을 마치고 즐거운 담소를 나누기에 너무 쾌적하고 아름다웠습니다. 아속역이나 터미널21까지 도보로 5분도 안 걸리는 위치이고, 매일 아침 계란과 식빵을 채워주셨습니다. 무엇하나 부족함이 없는 완벽한 공간이었고, 무엇보다도 Host님의 호의와 세심한 배려, 그리고 친절을 경험한 기억은 오래 잊지 못할 것입니다. 기회가 되면 꼭 다시 이용할 생각이고요 다시 한번 Natt님께 진심으로 감사드립니다! 정말 최고였고 다른 분들께도 꼭 추천드리고 싶습니다.

Fantastic44 is a very comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed two level home that is situated in a local neighborhood. Tor our host was available to answer all questions and was extremely friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our week stay and even arranged for laundry service at our request! Many restaurants, massage establishments, markets and retailers about one block away on the main street. The MRT station is about .5 miles away and easy to access. It was fun to be in a local area away from typical tourist attractions and crowds. We really enjoyed our stay at Fantastic44 and certainly will return next visit to Bangkok!

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Mehr als zufrieden! Wir haben ursprünglich ein Zimmer gebucht, wo jedoch nebenan im Raum eine Baustelle war. Alice war so lieb uns direkt eine Alternative ein Haus weiter anzubieten. Das Papaya House war wunderschön, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und auch das ganze Tempel Viertel war ruhig und zum wohlfühlen. Alice war eine unglaublich liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar, hatte Tipps parat und war um das Wohl der Gäste mehr als bemüht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können nur jedem empfehlen ein paar Tage im Papaya House bzw dem Ice Cream House zu bleiben, wenn man nach einem aufregenden Tag in der Stadt runterkommen möchte.

Perfect, everything is good and well maintained. Room is clean and tidy, spacious for groups, great hospitality also very helpful. No complains.

We had a great stay, clean and match the descriptions. Room is big and has a great view. Would be excellent if had dryer machine but just washer machine alone is nice enough. We will definitely be back next time when we are in BKK.

숙소는 마음에 듭니다. 깨끗하고 관리도 잘 되며 지내기 편합니다. 리셉션 직원도 친절 하구요. 단지 위치는 전철 아용시 생각보다 멉니다. 저는 렌트카가 있어서 그 점에 불편 한 점은 없었습니다. 그리고 여기는 콘도가 아니라 레지던스 입니다. 그래서 그런지 개별 세탁기기 없고 1층에 공동 세탁기 2대가 있어서 다른 사람이 사용할 경우 빨래를 빨리 빼지 않는 경우가 있어서 여러번 내려 가야 합니다. 장기 여행자들은 그런점이 불편합니다. 그런것을 제외하면 재방문 의사 있습니다. 수영장 괜찮고 짐도 쓸만합니다.

I had a great stay at Normman! The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. Pridi and June were friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

Hanh was a wonderful host and always helpful. She provided amazing recommendations which were greatly appreciated. We loved each of them during our experience. The space was better than the photos posted on the listing. It was also very close to a lot of the local things of Bangkok. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this unit and Ivan. The unit is a good size. No bugs, everything worked and was well stocked. It was a pleasure to stay here and Ivan is an excellent host. Thank you. A++++ highly recommended!

Phuong, Sam, and Timo were great hosts, we loved their apartment and it’s even more spacious than the photos. They were super responsive and helpful with suggestions. Everything was very clean and it was in a great area with plenty to do nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Très bel appartement, très propre et bien équipé, le toit terrasse est vraiment un gros plus. À cinq minutes à pied de la station de métro pour accéder facilement au centre de Bangkok. Nous avons pu passer un moment avec Tanya qui est vraiment très agréable et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Merci je recommande ce logement.

Nos tocó pasar el terremoto en el edificio, fue todo muy seguro y el personal predispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar en cuanto a la seguridad del edificio. Por otro lado disponía de todo, aunque no había tenedores!!!! Por la calle de atrás puedes acceder fácilmente al súper y es muy bonito, aunque no hay veredas para caminar es súper seguro. Por el ingreso de adelante estás a unos pocos metros de una arteria principal y todos los comercios y medios de transporte. Amé Bangkok, su gente el barullo y el orden en el mismo desorden, lástima el terremoto, pero así todo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gracias por alojarnos en su dpto.

Ein tolles Appartment welches sehr gut an einer MRT Haltestelle gelegen ist. Das ist, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr großes Plus. Ansonsten kann man auch vorort fußläufig Märkte besuchen. Das Appartment selbst überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung und dem Pool sowie Fitnessraum im Gebäude. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist ein Traum!

Great stay at Pemika’s the place was super clean and comfortable which made me feel right at home. Pemika came to meet me personally to check in and gave me loads of suggestions and was a great host throughout. My stay was during the Bangkok earthquake and Pemika was super responsive when I was asking for advice. I’d definitely stay here again. And thanks very much Pemika.

We stayed at Juan place for a few days. And felt like home. Everything is very convenient, a small and cozy apartment with everything you need. The condo itself with a pool and a gym, everything is very convenient. A golf cart goes from the condo to the road. We were very pleased with the late checkout, this is rare and for this I give it another star. 10 out of 10 stars!

The second time we've stayed at JJ Suites, and I'd go back again. Do be aware the location is in a busy, happening and noisy district, so if that's what you're looking for, this could be your place. You can hear partying noises and tuk tuks and music from the street until late at night. Just walk out your door and you're in the middle of everything. The management here really takes care of their guests and does a great job communicating. They can keep your bags for you at reception if you arrive early or leave late. They supply you with a little basket of goodies and a huge 5 gallon drinking water jug. There's a pool table! A good, level pool table. The place is BIG, with plenty of room to spread out. Big ensuite baths with marble tiles. Enjoy your time in Bangkok.
