Perfect stay! The spacious villa just steps from our private beach exceeded expectations. With a clean pool and peaceful location away from tourist crowds, it was amazing. While the furnishings aren't the newest, the villa provided outstanding comfort. The layout was perfect for our family - our children could stay independently upstairs while we had our private space on the ground floor - what more could you ask for? :-) The highlight was Miss BB, wonderful staff member. She took care of everything - cleaning, cooking, laundry, advice, and even gave us gifts - we'll miss her dearly! This was the perfect escape from busy Thailand. We experienced authentic fishing village life, rode tuk-tuks, enjoyed local food, markets and festivals, explored nearby national parks, and loved the local hospitality. Special thanks to Nicki for arranging perfect accommodation, airport transfers, and car rental. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

We have enjoyed 3 weeks in Yvonne's house Naam Thai 3. Together with children and grandchildren, we really enjoyed the house with a wonderful pool that was used extensively. (The pool attendant has been an asset and should be commended) Yvonne has been perfect as a landlord and reachable when needed, but on site Phia service takes care of everything with praise. The house has everything you need and is in a private environment, dogs are of course also in Huay Yang but just close the gate and they are kept outside. The first grandchildren said when they saw the house and the pool: it was worth the 14 hour trip. Huay yang is a cozy fishing village with everything you need, from food to massages and beaches, always smiling people. We hope to come back . Peter

Ett fantastiskt litet hus med alla bekvämligheter som behövs. Huset ligger på ett välskött område med ca 20-30 hus i samma storlek och stil. En bekväm säng, sittgrupp på altanen och AC/fläkt i alla rum. Poolen låg på krypavstånd och vid den fanns solstolar, duschar och parasoll. En barndel i poolen och plus för jacuzzi. Precis utanför området fanns en större pool för motionssim. Huset ligger granne med Svenska skolan och det är gångavstånd till närmaste restaurang och butik även om det som alltid är bäst att hyra moppe. Många fina strandställen i närheten. Jag kan varmt rekommendera Huay Yang, Coconut och Nantaporn&Emil som värd för en lugn och behaglig semester i det genuina Thailand. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Everything as described and shown; this is a quiet little neighborhood of about 8 homes arranged around a shared pool, and facing the beach/ocean. It is very quiet and chill; not for those who are looking for a party scene for sure. The restaurant down the beach does a great job with Thai standards, and in the other direction, a sprinkling of beachside stalls offer refreshments, snacks, and loungers. There is plenty to see/visit within an hour dirve in any direction and we particularly liked Ban Krood. The property is simple but as described. Wifi is strong enough for video calls but comes and goes and only 2.4 is provided despite a 5 gHz being listed. A few things 'missing' that we normally expect: drinking water (or at least more than two small bottles to start given the proximity of convenience stores). When tap water is not potable, our experience has been owners ensure a supply of drinking water. We didn't cook, but were desperately missing a Cork Screw.

Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt ve vašem domě. Hostitelka pohotově komunikovala , uvítala nás hostitelky maminka , která byla velice milá a vřelá, člověk se tu cítil vítaný a jako doma .Dostali jsem papayu , kterou sama pěstuje. Dům je velký a krásný, plně vybavený . Kde se můžete věnovat nespočet aktivitám ( knihovna , karaoke, bazén , vířivka , masážní křeslo . Ideální je jak pro skupinu lidí , tak pro rodinu s dětmi . Skvělý bazén , který člověk ocení po celodenním výletu . Dostupnost ideální , dobré a kryté parkování hned u domu , snadný přístup na pláž kousek od domu, obchody , restaurace a hlavně nádherná příroda . Dům má krásný výhled . Moc děkujeme ještě jednou za pobyt , určitě se ještě někdy vrátíme.❤️

Lived in this home with my wife and young child! It was a perfect stay! The owner is very attentive to details. The house has everything you need and more. The house is located in a quiet place, not far from the beach. The area of the house is very large and beautiful. And of course perfect cleanliness in all areas. The approach to the reception is very professional. I can confidently recommend this house to both single travelers and a large family.

Prakticky ve všech ohledech si SAAI volá zaslouží pět hvězdiček. Krásný areál, skvělý dům, čistota, vybavení a neuvěřitelný personál (ten by zasloužil hvězdiček šest) udělají z vaší dovolené krásný zážitek. Představte si to nejlepší, co od pobytu čekáte - a přesně to taky dostanete. Jsou tu jen dvě drobnosti, které ale nejsou v žádném případně chybou hostitele - vedle vily je sladkovodní říčka, která není úplně čistá (ale ničemu to nevadilo), a na pláži a v moři je tu a tam nějaký kousek plastu. I pláž je ale nesrovnatelně čistší než třeba na Bali a vůbec nám nedělalo problém se koupat i několikrát denně :-) Pokud by se vám to nelíbilo, je tu i fantastický čistý bazén. Místo není v žádném z významných turistických center, přesto jsme se nenudili - personál doporučil krásné výlety a zajistil i dopravu. Tohle místo a především lidé tam jsou prostě úžasní! Děkujeme!

Assurez vous simplement d'avoir un scooter et le nécessaire à votre arrivée. +Très calme et privatisé malgré la densité de maison autour. +Piscine privée et terrasse superbe. Jolis chambre - Pas de machine a laver sur place si long séjours -Télé en frais supplémentaires

Otroligt fint hus med enligt oss bästa läget i huay yang. Välskött och tryggt område med fina pooler. Nära flera bra restauranger! Annars var allt kanon! Vi förlängde till och med vår vistelse för vi trivdes så bra! Kommer definitivt komma tillbaka!

Prakticky ve všech ohledech si SAAI volá zaslouží pět hvězdiček. Krásný areál, skvělý dům, čistota, vybavení a neuvěřitelný personál (ten by zasloužil hvězdiček šest) udělají z vaší dovolené krásný zážitek. Představte si to nejlepší, co od pobytu čekáte - a přesně to taky dostanete. Jsou tu jen dvě drobnosti, které ale nejsou v žádném případně chybou hostitele - vedle vily je sladkovodní říčka, která není úplně čistá (ale ničemu to nevadilo), a na pláži a v moři je tu a tam nějaký kousek plastu. I pláž je ale nesrovnatelně čistší než třeba na Bali a vůbec nám nedělalo problém se koupat i několikrát denně :-) Pokud by se vám to nelíbilo, je tu i fantastický čistý bazén. Místo není v žádném z významných turistických center, přesto jsme se nenudili - personál doporučil krásné výlety a zajistil i dopravu. Tohle místo a především lidé tam jsou prostě úžasní! Děkujeme!
