The house was easily a 5-star experience. Everything was clean and provided. The hosts were making sure I had everything I needed, otherwise were also happy to arrange it. I wish every host I meet in future is like Ruj. Extremely friendly and reliable. Very helpful and timely. He responded to some messages in 5-10 min. Beyond the stay, he continously remained helpful. E.g he offered me a secure place to keep my luggage after checkout, reminded me that I had not collected my welcome pastry and also recommended more stay options in case I was still looking. Thank you Ruj. You are amazing.

This was the best place I stayed at in Bangkok! Everything was super clean and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was soft and natural — no synthetic fabrics, which I really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. It’s a bit of a walk from the BTS station, but there are regular tuk-tuks that get you there in just 5 minutes, so transportation was easy. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, and there was plenty of storage space for all my stuff. Highly recommend! The host was also very welcoming and thoughtful — they left a lovely welcome basket with snacks, which was such a nice touch after a long trip. Highly recommend!

这是我在相同价位里住的最舒服的民宿了。房间设施齐全而且很新，床非常舒服，老板安装了隔音窗户，所以噪音不大。每个房间都有独立的卫生间和浴室，一点也不拥挤。老板的回消息的速度很快，很热情，有任何困难都能在短时间内得到回应，我会推荐给我的朋友来住。

Hôte au top ! Le personnel à l’accueil est extrêmement poli, gentil et très accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent. Une super expérience dans l’ensemble !

3rd round of stay with host. Each stay is for 2 weeks. Host is quick to follow up on requests made and very cordial in the replies. Unless have other AIRBNB places which is nearer to BTS or MRT & with better pricing will stick to this Host for future bookings.

This was a great place to stay. It's a 15 minute walk to the metro but it is a walk through a beautiful residential area, well worth it. There is a 7/11 two minutes from the front door 👍. I love the little courtyard out the door with a table and stool among the plants. Methinee was the perfect host. She welcomed me to BKK with the Grab map pin for her apartment. What a perfect way to take the confusion about arriving in a strange city. She also provided tips and local info to enhance our stay. All on top of an excellent price. Kudos to Methinee and her team. I would stay here again.

This apartment is fantastic. Panoramic view, overlooking skyscrapers and an empty space with green grass and trees - just perfect to sit and enjoy the city. There's a pool on the same floor - it's very clean and has a bunch of beds around it. The room itself was clean, without any notes. Host is very responsive, usually I was getting an answer to my question within a few minutes. Can definitely recommend this place!

I had a great stay over here I enjoyed the neighborhood it’s walkable to the MRT station THAILAND CULTURAL CENTRE and also walkable to a lovely interesting street food village park really lovely. The AC was so cold it’s generally a great place. I will stay there again.
